    @Videotron Honestly if your plan is to work on the network starting at 9:30PM, you could at least have the decency to apologize to your customers before doing it!

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

    Update on the ongoing outage: power is restored, but our network provider (Videotron) still has issues with the power outage. They did not provide an ETA yet.

    @fanCRTCProfling Nope. One important aspect of Videotron is that the service is reliable and the billing's accurate. I never have to fight with them.
