    Hate that @Videotron is trying to jam this Helix garbage down our throats. (Arrogant customer service as well) More features disappearing for Illico customers. #Bell still not offering decent speeds 400Mbps+ in my postal code.

  • Redskins024 Jacksansglace (@Redskins024) reported

    @CTVMontreal Can we give all those customer to VIDEOTRON...please

  • johnefrancis John Francis 🌻🇨🇦🧡 (@johnefrancis) reported

    @CraigShouldice @BrandonAmyot @austzw I have Videotron for mobile, in Barrhaven, it's run off Telus's equipment. Has been very good. Fixed internet is Bell Fibe (Business), can't remember it ever being down in 3y, except for about 1 day of the recent 10 day power outage. No complaint.

  • clogicca Steven (@clogicca) reported

    went to use the illico app to set dvr remotely to record but it is dead .. it had Me download the helix app instead .. the helix app is a piece of **** that has the wrong channel numbers and can't record 👎🙁💩😠 @Videotron @VideotronDiv

    This Jays game has gotten so bad that the Videotron guy has been playing highlights of scores from previous games because the lady 2 games have been complete rubbish. #NextLevel

  • UpUrShaftOnline UpUrShaft (@UpUrShaftOnline) reported

    @thevivafrei @theJagmeetSingh @PierrePoilievre Fido belongs to Rogers, and Telus has Koodo. Then there's Bell. Videotron for all intents and purposes is pretty local. All other discount carriers pay to use the Big 3's networks. If their networks go down, so do the little guys, including Virgin.

    @PKP_Qc @Videotron @Quebecor Never

  • TwoXTwentyOne Forty Two (@TwoXTwentyOne) reported

    Beware of @Videotron hypocrite tactics, they sent me a technician mentioning there would be fees but didn't mention the said fee. They billed me 100$ to terminate a cable... What a damn ripoff. They refuse to credit the amount whatsoever, very anti consumer!

    @Videotron I am trying to login to my account, I login but keeps re-directing me to login page non-stop, and I can never login? are there issues this morning?

  • marceldehetre Marcel de Hêtre (@marceldehetre) reported

    @Videotron Already chatted with tech support and my wife called the same yesterday, same story: our engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it. No ETA for resolution…
