    @BenKlass @CompBureau @CRTCeng the thing is that "offer only in Quebec" because videotron is a bit cheaper so they have to "compete", so having this nation wide mean that a customer in Ontario or BC would have an option cheaper because Videotron is cheaper. (or they could just all raise prices)

    @Rackspace I know it works for others so I'm wondering if you are having an issue with the Videotron ISP in Quebec right now or made DNS changes to your domains recently that may explain this?

    @CNBC regular programming not receiving in Canada this morning - we are getting CNBC World feed. Can't watch regular programming. Videotron says it's not them. Can you help? Can't watch @SquawkCNBC. so sad.

    Update: Third call to @AcanacInc and they tell me the problem is with @Videotron . I check their Twitter feed and see very little activity pertaining to an outage. What’s going on?
