Hey @Videotron Tuesday morning im walking into the closet bell or telus or rogers store and ending my service with you guys! 10/10 worst customer service and reception YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

  • MTLDaniel Daniel (@MTLDaniel) reported

@Videotron @NoLore To be fair, it took you guys about 30-40 minutes to post about the outage here on Twitter and your phone lines seemed not to work either...Several people I know kept calling and said the line was busy.

  • NoLore Nora Loreto (@NoLore) reported

@Videotron The outage today put me totally offline -- no data or wifi. I only say there was a bigger issue when I finally got service back. I didn't have any way to look your number up! A text would have been appreciated.

  • sle118 Sébastien Leclerc (@sle118) reported

@StinkyStonkster @Videotron Go ahead and do that. Bell service sucks all the time. Good luck

@SugoiDekai2020 @CBergstaller @Videotron Still was shot amd created problems Answer they still gonna charge me if I used my internet phone

  • JanineBertolo Janine Bertolo (she/her) (@JanineBertolo) reported

@Videotron @NoLore Totally knocked off line here in Gatineau, 2 of us wfh. I texted a friend who looked up the Videtron support phone number for me. No answer, automatic hang up and busy signal. How hard would it be for a telecomms giant to record an automated message letting ppl know what's up?

  • y_cupidon (izanagi)⁷ (@y_cupidon) reported

@fatjuicyheart was over there like damn not again videotron then I realized

  • Videotron Videotron (@Videotron) reported

@NoLore Since normal texting does not rely on the internet that would be an excellent idea! We could as long as Videotron has consent from the client in their customer center to receive texts from the company. We will pass on the idea to the appropriate department, thank you! -sms

@Videotron my internet is still down... it's been down since 1pm yesterday. Is it just me or are you still having issues on your end ?

  • l0gicku ku (@l0gicku) reported

Today one of the major Internet providers in Quebec (Videotron) had a DNS outage, so a bunch of my class Zoomed in from their phones. Prof said we were going to have a short test as planned, but we could dip after because data is expensive. That's class-conscious pedagogy! #UQAM
