@fagstein @Videotron DNS servers are down. Change your router Primary and Secondary DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. If you have Helix, well...I hate all in one modem/Router combos. You can only change it on your computer in Networking...at least your computer will be working.

@Videotron Not only did my Internet go down but my phone as well - I have never felt so cut off. I had contacted Videotron a few days ago to say my connection has been unstable lately and they brushed it off as "not on their side." What a joke.

@Videotron Definitely a major DNS problem at Videotron, affecting residential internet and mobile data. The servers are pingable, but not returning any DNS requests.
