@FP_Champagne Is there a policy and technical way to ensure that canadians could switch to another provider (say videotron, bell, telus or shaw) if a provider (say rogers) goes down on an emergency basis, at the expense of of the downed provider (example rogers)?

@thevivafrei @theJagmeetSingh @PierrePoilievre Fido belongs to Rogers, and Telus has Koodo. Then there's Bell. Videotron for all intents and purposes is pretty local. All other discount carriers pay to use the Big 3's networks. If their networks go down, so do the little guys, including Virgin.

@cfmontreal @Videotron Bassong. The only game where he wasn’t the worst player on the pitch.

@JeffKirdeikis Your tweet misleads people to believe all Canada is shut down. It only affects those on the Rogers system. Bell, Videotron. Telus and other providers are working just fine.

@BellCare After a week of getting ****** around with no shows and no return calls for faulty equipment we finally made the switch to @Videotron. Everything works and the speed is like lightning. You’ll never see us again.

@SamyiMo @TheBeaverton Clearly they should have redundancies. The fact Bell, TELUS, Shaw, Cogeco, Videotron, Sasktel, etc. already exist didn’t prevent Interac’s service from going down. How would another 5, 10 or 100 competitors have?

@Videotron you can tell the temperature of my Gateway but you can’t find the source of the noise on our signal so our internet connection drops every 15 minutes…

@CraigShouldice @BrandonAmyot @austzw I have Videotron for mobile, in Barrhaven, it's run off Telus's equipment. Has been very good. Fixed internet is Bell Fibe (Business), can't remember it ever being down in 3y, except for about 1 day of the recent 10 day power outage. No complaint.
