@Videotron #outage #OutageAlert There's no outage! They just updated their DNS server! Most device won't update it if they are already connected to your network! "Clear network settings" or "Forget this network" or "Reset network settings"! If this does not work use Google DNS!

@Videotron is it possible to change the DNS to a public one on your end? just so every customer doesn't have to through there PC

@TheKaufmanShow It was a Videotron outage. Not the "internet" but a server issue. I checked online and there was a workaround. 1) connected to my phone's hotspot 2) logged into my PC's VPN Worked like a charm, but the outage still sucked. I'm staying with Videotron.

@nextmanupp @Videotron That would require them to admit that they control the problem and were responsible for it.
