@CdnAvSpotter @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS This is why I am curious whether Videotron has text in contracts with its retail customers about limited roaming. AT&T has such text when you buy prepaid service. you have “free” roaming iN Canada, but more than 50% of usage must happen on AT&T network.

Explain to me WHY, despite turning off cellular data for all but 3 emergency apps, I HAVE SOMEHOW GONE OVER MY DATA AGAIN NOT EVEN HALF WAY INTO THE MONTH?! @Videotron fees are ridiculous and I am sick of it
