    First, to bundle service Videotron must either a.) rely on the #CRTC wholesale access regulations, or b.) secure favourable wireline access from the combined Rogers/Shaw.

    .@CompBureau expert argues that Videotron will have less competitive strength than Shaw Mobile & Freedom b/c it lacks the same level of access to wireline facilities, weaker customer base, less ability to bundle & to ctl parameters of business, etc.

    Spoke to supervisors who were extremely condescending. No one has provided any type of resolution. I started with 2 connections with you guys and now i’m done. Its ridiculous. @Videotron will be running to you guys, i need actual customer service.

    @Bryson_M What's exciting to me is the possibility that Videotron may be willing to get into the Quad play territory. Dunno if they're thinking of using 5G small cell, or becoming a national TPIA provider with an OTT solution. But that would be a game changer.

    So @Videotron is working on their network in my area & cut internet service. Their tech line says it's at most for 17 hours (say again?). It'd be great if next time they give us all a heads-up & let us know we'll be without internet. Coz then I could have planned ahead.
