Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FightForeverMTL Marie but screaming in Québécois (@FightForeverMTL) reported

Calling my mom's internet service provider like "hello she died" Happy Monday to that specific Videotron employee I guess

  • MissSeverine18 Sev Guilbault (@MissSeverine18) reported

@mtl_beh @Videotron On McGill street, also still down

  • madrigraal carmelo (@madrigraal) reported

@paulinebrock I got frustrated by this because it is the licencing and Canadian companies (Bell, Videotron) that want you to go thru them. I can't watch PBS because I don't have a cable contract. **** em.

  • phy Joshua Chalifour (@phy) reported

I'm done using @Videotron after many years. They had exceptional service but are now almost as terrible as Bell. Crazy when a company chooses to forego ongoing revenue from a subscriber in favour of enforcing an asinine & fleeting position after doubling-down on its own error.

  • InternetLimited Ai Communications (@InternetLimited) reported

The Big 5 Canadian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and Quebecor (Videotron)) receive 73.3% of the market’s revenues and charge higher prices due to a lack of competition. #Competition #internet

  • ariaofserenity Aria 🐾 (@ariaofserenity) reported

@Zyltis dont worry, I work in IT so I know my way around things, I just find it annoying that I need to login on the website to setup port forward which should be done locally >_> We switched to videotron recently and this router's a massive downgrade. Cant even set a custom dhcp client

  • graemedmoffat Graeme Moffat (@graemedmoffat) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @VassB If you can find a single person who would choose to wait for Bell or Rogers or Videotron to eventually maybe deliver service someday over having StarLink now, that would be a very impressive feat.

  • mke1138 Mike (@mke1138) reported

@Videotron I’d like to use Pi-hole across my whole network and changing DNS per device is an unacceptable situation.

  • khurana_puja Puja Khurana (@khurana_puja) reported

@Videotron @Caliintzz @videotron …Why in private when there are soo many people asking the same damn question ?!?!

  • CdnAvSpotter Dziekan Hojsak 🇨🇦 (@CdnAvSpotter) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone
