@OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.

@Videotron you telling to reboot the modem? Did it 5 times already and no update! And guess what! You website is not loading either! So let me know how I can reach the support department! It’s a shame!

@fanCRTCProfling Agreed. This is part of what I am pointing to in terms of why Videotron is a poor candidate for a potential spin-off remedy. As I said, Quebecor's track record-in wireless, broadcasting & newspaper publishing--outside QC is poor. That should play a key role in the review, imo.
