  • kaplanmyrth Andy Kaplan-Myrth (@kaplanmyrth) reported

To be clear, I’m neither for nor against Videotron getting cheap spectrum. It doesn’t address the right problem. They want access to an exclusive club, but we need to take the power out of the club.

  • Milnoc François Caron 🇨🇦 (AZ:💉💉 Flu:💉) (@Milnoc) reported

@SBishayIRIS @fanCRTCProfling @Rogers The only issue is 4G VoLTE. It only works with a phone supported by Videotron. That doesn't include uleFone. And yet, my Armor 6E worked flawlessly in Japan. I still have to test my new Armor 12 with a voice call on Videotron's 5G network to see if it remains 5G.

  • Wabbit_Detector Mr. Noodles (@Wabbit_Detector) reported

@grantmccagg I guess you don't get helix from videotron. Never a problem Bell fixes you for a few months then play with your upload do there is always a problem 2 3 times a year

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported

@PKP_Qc @Videotron 'Forces competition' when subsidized through set aside spectrum, allowed network sharing with Rogers and operating in one province. Why do you want one type of competition, but not the other? Is designing rules that serve one company are not against true competition? #CRTC #INDU

  • neo_musicstream Realityescaped (@neo_musicstream) reported

@Videotron fix your garbage internet. You literally serve in only 1 province and still can't provide a stable connection...

  • Julien_Lavigne1 Julien Lavigne (@Julien_Lavigne1) reported

@Videotron Will I lose my PVR recordings during a power outage?

  • jacktodd46 Jack Todd (@jacktodd46) reported

@grantmccagg Do you get Videotron, Grant? I absolutely HATE their Helix system, but the old Illico system we had before was terrific (it's still available, I think) and I found their customer service infinitely better than Bell.

  • nellyHXO Nil (@nellyHXO) reported

@TELUSsupport is the worst phone company ever. Do not become their client. I’ve dealt with bell, Rogers, Fido, Videotron and this company is by far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with.

  • ToLoveShay Black Siri (@ToLoveShay) reported

@Videotron How do I know if my Wi-Fi being down is an outage in my sector only for my home?

  • JefferyThomas Jeffery A Thomas 🇨🇦 (@JefferyThomas) reported

If you are thinking of switching to @Videotron's Helix from the regular service be sure. The switch back is a nightmare.
