    Today one of the major Internet providers in Quebec (Videotron) had a DNS outage, so a bunch of my class Zoomed in from their phones. Prof said we were going to have a short test as planned, but we could dip after because data is expensive. That's class-conscious pedagogy! #UQAM

    @Videotron @NoLore Totally knocked off line here in Gatineau, 2 of us wfh. I texted a friend who looked up the Videtron support phone number for me. No answer, automatic hang up and busy signal. How hard would it be for a telecomms giant to record an automated message letting ppl know what's up?
