Really have to wonder what 🐂💩 game @Videotron is pulling. My sister has tv issues and they say their tech will come between 7am and 8pm. Now that's a 13 hour window. 13 hours? So she can't go to work, or do normal things because she has to be home for them. Ridiculous

Mr. Davies notes that the WiFi hotspots, which Videotron is not planning to acquire, reduce network costs. Rogers has itself identified the cost savings associated with acquiring these hotspots, he says. #CTRS #telecom

.@CompBureau expert argues that Videotron will have less competitive strength than Shaw Mobile & Freedom b/c it lacks the same level of access to wireline facilities, weaker customer base, less ability to bundle & to ctl parameters of business, etc.

First, to bundle service Videotron must either a.) rely on the #CRTC wholesale access regulations, or b.) secure favourable wireline access from the combined Rogers/Shaw.
