  @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

  Based on the #CRTC rules in regards to the outage reports, and the fact the no one else filled an outage report, we can conclude Bell actually own Rogers, Freedom and Videotron, or they just buy access from Bell which, per the rules, is allowed to be hidden.

  Ok so this is what we have to deal with here . The big 3 -Ts we have. Thanks to our CRTC. We are F*cked why because where are you going to go . Each of those companies now’s this .   If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

  @alphalink @TartanTragic @FringeViews Nice. Mine is still the original from when the house was built 1931. Have to use Videotron, but I will NEVER get rid of it. Ditched my cell & never will own another. I do not care how difficult they make it, for me. Cheers neighbor !

  @Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

  @MartinSLewis Not in the last 6 months but was a Virgin Media customer from when it was Videotron, then Mercury, etc so about 28 years. Last few years had constant problems in renting films whereby it would play for 30 mins if I was incredibly lucky then freeze so stopped renting films.

  I'm on a train from Toronto to Montreal, and I can't believe we can't get reliable internet for the entire trip with VIA Rail. Onboard wifi dropping constantly and even Videotron's network has terrible coverage over the entire ride. Really wish they could use Starlink somehow.
