    @Videotron Power supply at my home never went off, but internet was disconnected 8 hours after the freezing rain. I called the next day, the rep said by 2pm should have the internet back, a day later and nothing yet can’t even call because the line is busy. Go figure !

    @Videotron has, hands down, the worst customer service in the country. No internet for the last two days and I can’t get ahold of anybody 😭
