Dr. Sam (@DrSamTheDentist) reported@cuto8 @Videotron I’ve been having troubles with my data in Ottawa South for the last few days. Support said they were aware of the issue on Wednesday. Now Saturday without LTE. Calls and 3G works, so just very slow. Based on Twitter is seems like many issues around their network.

Curtis (@cuto8) reported@DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Ya, they told me the workaround is to drop it down to 3G/HSPA+. Still pretty inconvenient if we're paying for the service. Also it takes a while for the outgoing call to register.

YOW Progressive (@ProgressiveYow) reported@Videotron @tuste69 Outage in Ottawa is on day 4. They’ll get to it, but have low expectations. CS said it may take a month based on previous experience. I had to get a Bell plan today to get me thigh 😡. I’ll be sending Videotron the bull for credit as at day 3 they’re in breach of contract.
