@Videotron Since Fizz is owned by @Videotron there is DEFINITELY something videotron can do to fix this terrible customer service. How about you either forward this complaint to your manager or you give me your manager's contact information?

Why is there a long delay in accessing ABC channel 30 via Helix remote? On occasion it stalls completely - this is the only channel with this issue! @Videotron @VideotronDiv

Could @Videotron let us know when this service outage is expected to end? Tweet maybe? I’ve been without internet for more than 5 hours. They told me earlier a major hub had been damaged.
