On hold again and they still have this wild big-band achievement playing. There is a second song now too which is almost as good. Almost. Superb nonetheless~ Their billing systems are terrible and get changes wrong more often than not but I am not even angry. Classic Videotron.

@Videotron Checking what? It's slow for everyone, I'm IT. I already checked, thanks. Just reporting the issue so you fix it. We should get credits for that, for everytime it is hyper slow or down which is way too often for the price we pay.

@Videotron Called that a wire was cut and down outside my house. Was told technician would 100% arrive by end of day. Lie after lie from customer service. Wasted an entire day waiting for technician

@Videotron I called technical support over an hour and a half ago since my Helix stopped working. They told me there was an outage and they were working on it. Still no Internet and I can’t find any evidence that there’s an outage online anywhere.

@Videotron your chat service is not answering me. My old sim card got deactivated. I inserted the new one your had sent me (even though I didn't want it but now that you killed my old one I guess I no choice) BUT I CAN'T ACTIVATE MY NEW SIM CARD BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE PHONE CALLS.

@Videotron worst service. Waited all day for technician. Kept telling me I was next call. Nobody showed up. No wifi, No television, No telephone. Missed an entire day of work.

@Lloyd_Deer I’m with Videotron too. I called them. They take note of the number and then a new scammer comes in (or the same with a different number, I wonder it’s it’s as bad with bell, Fido etc.)
