    @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    @fagstein Have you heard through any of your sources if Videotron/Helix has found a solution or work around to fix their recording playback problem?

    Update on the ongoing outage: power is restored, but our network provider (Videotron) still has issues with the power outage. They did not provide an ETA yet.
