@Videotron As of the announcement that Huawei is banned from the 5G network, my Huawei tablet will no longer connect to my Helix wi-fi network. Has Videotron just taken it upon themselves to ban their clients Huawei equipment?

  • jonathandicarlo Jonathan Michael Di Carlo 📚🤓 (@jonathandicarlo) reported

@Videotron @maozao76 It would be nice if you would just be *honest* and tweet out that you are having problems instead of forcing each customer to call and overwhelm your call centers…

  • cuto8 Curtis (@cuto8) reported

@DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Ya, they told me the workaround is to drop it down to 3G/HSPA+. Still pretty inconvenient if we're paying for the service. Also it takes a while for the outgoing call to register.

  • luc_lamont Luc Lamont (@luc_lamont) reported

@Videotron Still no service in Aylmer

  • _MattBritton_ Matt Britton #BattleOfAlberta #FireItUp (@_MattBritton_) reported

@Videotron Helix is back up and running now ( Chateauguay). Phone Tech support is still down. Endless busy signal. Glad it was resolved regardless. Background: Woke up at 7:30am to an onscreen message on TV with an error code saying program has failed, please try another

  • JohnnyBarone1 Johnny Barone 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@JohnnyBarone1) reported

@PierreLambertJr @Videotron did you since when it's down? I just found out a few minutes ago. Tried to open the TV and it's not working.

  • cuto8 Curtis (@cuto8) reported

@reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. For Android, I can do it but it's a slow workaround.

  • mestoulouse Marie Smith 🇨🇦 (@mestoulouse) reported

@j_gp93 @Videotron Had that problem in Gatineau last night…..unplugged everything and it came back on. Sometimes it just needs to reset.

  • TheRealEkin0x Ekin0x (@TheRealEkin0x) reported

@j_gp93 @Videotron I never lost power, but my videotron connection decided to stop working this morning. Nothing since

  • mehrad_t Mehrad Tajkarimi (@mehrad_t) reported

@Videotron why does the device need to be disconnected from the network in order for me to forget it on helix app? So I go find the device I don't recognize and remove it from network? Revert it back that the device can be disconnected even if on network!! That's the whole point!
