    @Videotron I've been a loyal client for the last 17 years. I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.

    @jus_bou @CTV @Videotron so in firefox, go to tools menu, then select options, then select Privacy, then enable 3rd party cookies. That should fix it. If not, then u will have to start looking at an script/ad blockers.

    @Videotron Resolution = Data add-ons cannot be reverted, $61 fee reduced to $38, $24 of which attributed to account with 12GB still available... Account that doesn't generally reach 50% of available data. $24 pays for... Nothing
