    @Videotron Yea compensate me lol, if my internet isn't up by tomorrow morning I miss meetings with my managers, clients and staff that are important... I can't afford to be down, as I know it's not your fault but it doesn't help.

    @faceless_vegan On the other hand, we keep innovating with, for example, Helix, multi-TV, home automation, self-serve transactional site, self-installation service, 5G, etc. For AMC, the channel has unrealistic demands and Videotron cannot go through, for the best interests of our customers. 2/2

    @Videotron Please don't use this company! It has the worst service I've experienced. They charge bogus fees and will leave you without service even after paying, good luck finding a competent customer service representative. Already looking for a different provider, waste of time and money!

    @CTVMontreal Videotron is already ripping us off as it is now. You want Helix? Sure, no problem! Pay for 2 months and we'll credit you after. They've totally lost my respect after being their client for many years.
