    Hey @Videotron Tuesday morning im walking into the closet bell or telus or rogers store and ending my service with you guys! 10/10 worst customer service and reception YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

    @Videotron My service is back online. I’m suggesting that when there’s a widespread outage Videotron could put an automated voice message on the support line to let people know, maybe even when to expect service will be restored, or how customers can be reimbursed for lost service.

    @CBergstaller @Videotron Technically not an internet outage, it's the DNS servers they hardcoded into their shitty routers that are down.

    @Videotron It would be great if you could stop charging me for a service I asked you many times to remove! I've been paying this service for now 2 years for nothing. I am done with this ****. I'm officially filed a complain to Office of Consumer Protection.
