@Videotron and before you lecture me on how to use the PVR, I went and had to set "Record series" again, since next week episode wasn't set to record. It not like you have ever fixed any of the TV guide issues I have had in the past. So I keep complaining. Pay more, get less.

@fizz_ca I am following you. It’s been well over a week I was promised a refund and of course, you guys didn’t keep your word. I am cancelling and going with videotron. I have never experienced such a bad service. I am going to complain on FB as well.

Told Apple Support that Videotron just googled my problems and told me to call them, they straight up just laughed and I'm embarrassed to be with Videotron lmao, shame on you @Videotron smh

@Videotron Is there a problem with landline internet (wifi)? Keeps on losing the connection, and when I do a speed test it is trying to connect to a server in Oregon.. I'm in Gatineau!
