    @chengeling I once called Cogeco to cancel my PARENTS sub. No question asked. Done in 10min. But yeah Bell & Videotron can be like that. I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

    @fizz_ca Am I the only one with internet problems? Intermittent internet outages in the last weeks. Constant rebooting of my modem. Specially bad today. Lost my whole day of work. Is this a Fizz problem or is it a problem with @Videotron infrastructure?

    @Videotron any line of sight as to when eSIM support will be added? Would like to make use of the #eSIM functionality on our #iPhone12Pro @Apple
