    @Videotron "I see that on June 29th, the appointment was not completed. Now the apointment is for July 4th, same as the internet installation." That really doesn't help or explain things, "Myriam/Vicky". No explanation given, but now they're going to call me... and I wait.

    @Videotron Talked to a support agent at 8:55pm, "Should be half an hour or so.", well it's 10:04pm, no messages, no tech. My kids are in bed, don't need someone stomping around. Why do I need to call/follow-up? Why am I not being informed? This a full day without phone or internet.

    "A technician will be with you within minutes or hours." Such a helpful addendum to the "Will arrive between 7:30am and 8:30pm" initial timeframe, @Videotron! Yes, I know things are busy and unpredictable, but better messaging would help.

    @BellCare After a week of getting ****** around with no shows and no return calls for faulty equipment we finally made the switch to @Videotron. Everything works and the speed is like lightning. You’ll never see us again.

    I highly recommend you look elsewhere but Videotron and Bell, but have terrible customer service!

    Beware of @Videotron hypocrite tactics, they sent me a technician mentioning there would be fees but didn't mention the said fee. They billed me 100$ to terminate a cable... What a damn ripoff. They refuse to credit the amount whatsoever, very anti consumer!

    went to use the illico app to set dvr remotely to record but it is dead .. it had Me download the helix app instead .. the helix app is a piece of **** that has the wrong channel numbers and can't record 👎🙁💩😠 @Videotron @VideotronDiv
