    @Zyltis dont worry, I work in IT so I know my way around things, I just find it annoying that I need to login on the website to setup port forward which should be done locally >_> We switched to videotron recently and this router's a massive downgrade. Cant even set a custom dhcp client

    @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

    @Videotron @Valkyrie_Bubble PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT PLAN SUCKS! YOUR DUTY IS TO INFORM YOUR CLIENTS WHAT'S GOING ON, SPECIALLY WHEN YOUR CLIENTS REQUEST INFORMATION. JUST LET US KNOW WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR RESOLUTION, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
