@Videotron Seems you can take money from people's credit cards in seconds but can take weeks to reimburse if you decide not to become a customer. 35, 24, 32 minutes on the phone respectively getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice #ReadTheFinePrint

@AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

@MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.
