All the bell flankers Videotron's flanker is on everyone's network. Rogers is riding on others & makes up like 50% of Cogeco's network use. They all are, they just hide it.

Morin (@MorinLoL1) reported@drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

Gさん (@jimmiwilkir) reported@Lenovo Either Lenovo cloud or someone is hacking into my internet on @Videotron . I moved the bios setting to USB first but network became the top item magically.
