    @benklass I believe Rogers-Québécor network sharing is only in Québec. At least it was when it was originally announced. May have been expanded since. Not sure if there is network sharing in Ottawa (which is a suburb of Gatineau to Videotron).

    @AKOvO47 @Videotron I called @videotron and they told me there is an outage in outremont area, not sure how large or how many people it affects. I havent had wifi since 2:30pm
