@Videotron @fizz_ca an update on your progress on what’s happening with your internet service would be nice. You are leaving your customers frusteated

@Videotron Would like to know who are 60% who got the internet. Just spoke to technical support and they said all areas are showing red. Stop the misinformation and tell people you can’t get it fixed

@Videotron been on hold for 3 hours waiting to get someone this is totally unacceptable with NO updated and Not enough people to answer the phones and NO messages on the IVR to give us a rough estimate. as someone that works in the IT field this is piss poor service.

  • _BrianMahoney Brian Mahoney @Brian_Mahoney@mas.to (@_BrianMahoney) reported

@FidoSolutions What's to go over? I paid you $49.46 for four and a half years, no problem. Now it's $51.46 because Rogers bought Shaw. Hell, I'm not paying for that. @Videotron offers a much better plan for $50.00. 20 Gigs! @freedomsupport is up next.

  • FrankPatulli FraFra (@FrankPatulli) reported

@Videotron I understand your present goal is to resolve the issues asap. Unhappy customers create unpleasant customer service work. With that said, it shows you have an inferior structure compared to Bell and furthermore, unprepared to handle such an outage in a timely manner.

  • Magic_62422 Ellie A. (@Magic_62422) reported

@Videotron Power is back in TMR, yet no Videotron Internet. 🥺 Can we please have an estimate of how long it will take for it to be restored? Meanwhile, I'm on hold for 55 min. Waiting to speak to Videotron cust.service....

@GoatableTm @Videotron Only language they understand, i have a call with a guy from Bell on Tuesday. **** @Videotron , they’re too busy sublicensing their network to all these garbage cheapo providers and it’s reducing the integrity of said network. Bell customers never lost service.
