    @nspector4 Videotron will go national. They are not as good as Cogeco in customer service but they are way way better than Rogers and Bell.

    @Bell_Support I am staying in Gatineau Qc right now at the Hilton and Cnn is having the same issue….. they are on Videotron so I guess Cnn is having an issue unbelievable! not Bell after all!

    @LadyScorcher @TekSavvyNetwork Sucks. Here in Quebec TekSavvy is on the Videotron backbone not Rogers.

    @Videotron internet down for almost 30 mins now. Why so many service interruptions midday in the past couple weeks. This is the longest though.

    Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

    my @Videotron internet has been unstable since this morning's outage so looks like a stream might not be happening tonight yall... imma keep working on it but this make me sad

    @FidoSolutions So Fido still isn’t working. Was told I’d be getting credit for the days that didn’t work. That’s like $6 total. For almost four days not working. They don’t have 5G, don’t have unlimited, don’t have USA plans and have ZERO retention to try to keep me. BYE fido hello Videotron.

    @Videotron Problem still not resolved; can’t really use the internet (work, streaming, cloud, email) because you never know when the connection will drop. Going on the third week of this “disagreement” with no end in sight… 🤬🤬🤬 calling won’t do any good “we’re aware of your problems…”

    After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron
