    @alysm745 @JanTheMan2010 I am with Videotron in Quebec and after a few years price crept up from about $50 to $90 a month. Then in 2019 I called and wanted to cancel. I explained that my income is low and I can't afford it.

    @Videotron Thank you. Called and the technician confirmed that there is an issue in our neighborhood. No ETA for resolution.

    @Videotron internet isn't working so I can't use their helix app to talk to their customer support to tell them their internet service isn't working. Phone support tells me to use the helix app. That's some real catch 22 BS there.

    @Videotron Can we get a yes or no answer on whether there is an internet outage in the west island? I've been on hold with tech support for half an hour

    @Videotron Helix internet service has been very intermittent and slow today in Westmount on Redfern Ave. Not usable. Any reported outages? I did see two videotron service vehicles on Sherbrooke.
