@reneeyoxon Fizz is a Videotron flanker brand so they use the same networks - not sure the latter would be any more reliable if you're having trouble with the former?

Probably gonna leave @fizz_ca in the new year because the internet service has been so unreliable this year. Can anyone in Montreal recommend an alternative? I picked Fizz because it was budget friendly but maybe I should go back to @Videotron...

Hey @Videotron - if I ahve bonus GB data on a yearly basis, why is it not kicking in? Due to this, I am locked out from using data, and there is no customer service open at this time. Make it make sense!

@alexposadzki @globeandmail We all know Shaw has lied in the past and we all know how greedy and manipulative Rogers is. Videotron would relay heavily on Rogers for network support so Rogers would benefit by this also. Freedom has been left as sitting ducks when it comes to being competitive we see they are

Bell lowers 911 rates by 1-cent, videotron sent a letter out to its customer that phone is going up 2$ because suppliers are economically squeezing them. #CRTC I dunno.

Hey @Fidomobile, I didn't answer your survey as to why I dropped you after 15 years. But I'll tell you here. It's because it took me 6 months to get a live person to handle an issue I had. Now I'm with Videotron and I can get a live person within 1 minute. Now go fix your biz!

It’s quite possible that if the merger is blocked, Freedom just languishes as a second tier mobile network or just eventually folds or gets sold to Videotron anyways. The indication from Shaw on why they pursued a merger was because the status quo wasn’t working.

So @Videotron is working on their network in my area & cut internet service. Their tech line says it's at most for 17 hours (say again?). It'd be great if next time they give us all a heads-up & let us know we'll be without internet. Coz then I could have planned ahead.
