  • like_it_is_99 Just Some Guy (@like_it_is_99) reported

@Videotron spending thousands of dollars yearly for a sub optimal quality of broadband service. It is clear that your Internet speed quality is no longer as good as it was months ago or even years ago. What on earth is going on? #Helixsucks tired of being told there is no issue

  • eVil_sQuirrelus eVil sQuirrelus (@eVil_sQuirrelus) reported

@MrTylerCrook I'd only check Blockbuster for cheap used movies. They were not as prominent in Quebec since we had Videotron (big cable company that also owned a chain of videostores, now they're just cell/internet/cable service outlets)

  • TheRealSophie10 Switchblade Sophie #TheJoker☔️ (@TheRealSophie10) reported

@Videotron No. I have spent 10+ hours on the phone with you over the past 2 weeks. Not only were your staff very rude & acknowledge their mistake but refused to fix it. I am absolutely done with you guys and will switch.

  • journeydan Daniel Bader (@journeydan) reported

If I'm reading it correctly, Videotron or Eastlink could negotiate appealing wholesale rates with the Big Three and sell access to that service to an MVNO, who would be allowed to build a direct-to-consumer business using that access.

  • bluebeard Paul (@bluebeard) reported

@christophemikos That would be a win win for Justin ---- Nationalize the cell network award Videotron with a national Canada Broadband service contract ... Gotta sponge up those Bombardier jobs

  • N1ckFL1x 🎮Nick Flix🇬🇷 (@N1ckFL1x) reported

@Videotron are you experiencing issues with internet. I keep getting disconnected

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@TimoVainionpaa Either way, 90 days from now will be: -An R&V from Bragg -An R&V from Xplornet -An R&V from Videotron -An R&V from Sasktel -An R&V from Bell -An R&V from Telus -An R&V from Rogers & at least 2 court filings. Never negate regulatory red tape. See u in 2023.

  • mlevison mlevison (@mlevison) reported

@barbjustason As a Videotron customer I'm often relying on Rogers and mine seems to be working.

  • ronnie223s ••• (@ronnie223s) reported

@carinacoss ughhhh that happened to my dad!! i think it’s a contact they have with videotron like if they service ur area then fizz can’t or something 😣 i got a decent deal with virgin did ya check with them

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

One possibility is for the #CRTC to issue a “yes to MVNO” decision that is limited only to spectrum holders to allow them to operate outside their territory. (so Ice Wireless/ Eastlink/Videotron expanding to BC/Alta/Toronto.
