    @Videotron So - I pay my paper bills on time for 20+ years - you switch me to online billing (without my consent) and don’t email my invoice, and wonder why I miss payments? I’ve paid my current amount owing #YourMove. Don’t say call - you’re closed when I’m not working.

    @Rackspace I know it works for others so I'm wondering if you are having an issue with the Videotron ISP in Quebec right now or made DNS changes to your domains recently that may explain this?

    @Videotron Hello, based on our last conversation the supervisor called me back and we agreed that there will be no charges of the Technition visit, to my surprise the charges were added and the customer service has no notes of this agreement on my file. This is very vexing

    Update: Third call to @AcanacInc and they tell me the problem is with @Videotron . I check their Twitter feed and see very little activity pertaining to an outage. What’s going on?
