    Another Sunday, another @Videotron failure. Can’t even watch @OFF_TLMEP without it pixelating into Lego blocks. If this keeps up we’re just going to switch to @Bell. They might be evil but they can keep their service running.

    @Videotron hi, any updates on when will the service will be back? Here in dorval / saint Laurent the service has been out since 10 am. Any insight would be appreciated!

    Bell filed a complaint last fall against Vrai, because Quebecor wasn’t offering it at all to non-Videotron subs, a clear violation of #CRTC policy. It’s now available through the QUB app, but Bell says that offers fewer concurrent streams and can’t be watched on a set-top box.

    @Lloyd_Deer I’m with Videotron too. I called them. They take note of the number and then a new scammer comes in (or the same with a different number, I wonder it’s it’s as bad with bell, Fido etc.)

    @Videotron Checking what? It's slow for everyone, I'm IT. I already checked, thanks. Just reporting the issue so you fix it. We should get credits for that, for everytime it is hyper slow or down which is way too often for the price we pay.

    @mke1138 @SaskTelSupport @Videotron It’s pretty awful. Wifi is nonexistent upstairs (router in the basement)

    @Videotron I was able to connect using my computer. I use Android 10, not sure if the problem was related to my OS. Maybe it is a hardware issue, I brought the phone from Brazil. Thanks anyway.

    Spoke to someone very helpful and friendly about tech issues I was having with my internet provider. Gave them a perfect score on the customer survey. So glad I switched from Videotron/Rogers, which always sent me through the infinite circles of automated-response hell.
