    Update: Third call to @AcanacInc and they tell me the problem is with @Videotron . I check their Twitter feed and see very little activity pertaining to an outage. What’s going on?

    @Videotron fix your DNS server pls. I'm getting a lot of name not resolved errors and Apex Legends doesn't work on your DNS anymore. I had to change to Google's DNS but every new device I use has issues. Maybe propagation is broken or something.

    @CNBC regular programming not receiving in Canada this morning - we are getting CNBC World feed. Can't watch regular programming. Videotron says it's not them. Can you help? Can't watch @SquawkCNBC. so sad.

    idk what happened to videotron internet last month during that outage but its been complete garbage since. constant DNS errors, random drops in connection, days where i cant get more than 15mb/s when i pay for 100mb/s... wtf

    @Videotron Is the setting I need available on iOS app or not? Please explain EXACTLY how I can check my billing notification preferences. Trying to solve a problem you created by stopping my paper billing…

    @Videotron helix contract is a TRAP not explained to customers BEFORE signing up. i thought this was illegal. can’t find mention of conditions on your website. it should be plain. receiving details in a pdf contract link afterwards is too late. complaint was sent to @CCTS_CPRST

    Videotron down for 3+ hours today. If there's no internet, then there's no one to complain that it's down.
