    @Videotron I had one of the worst conversation concerning my statement you say you record your calls to better your customer service but when I ask you to listen to your recording to help settle my issues you don’t so I’m done switching to @Bell

    @Videotron is there something wrong with your login portal? I’m unable to login to my account. I’ve reset my password 3 times and yet to no avail. Do you not accept special characters or something?

    I asked Videotron about last year iPhone model. Said it would be around 500$ cash down with a 50$/plan. Because I don't want them to look up my bad credit...

    @Videotron @KJ_Parker_008 Hey Videotron maybe shove your PR reply up your *** and realize she's had issues and braindead techs out multiple times with no resolution. Maybe your CEO can visit her for a day and see how awful your service is vs continuing to leave her and likely countless others hanging.
