@GronkWRLD @ElephantStoneHQ @Videotron Bottom right on your PC right click on the internet connection -> open network settings -> change adapter options -> choose your net and double click -> properties -> find IPv4 -> on the bottom instead of "using auto dns" change it to manual and type in what i said before.

internet down? but i can ping 1.1.1.1 so it’s only the DNS from #videotron. so change the adaptor settings for you network card and add 1.1.1.1 to the list of DNS

@mayq2012 @Videotron @francoislegault There's a major outage going on. So even if you reached Videotron you'd likely end up in voicemail hell and no further ahead. All I can say is be patient.
