@jfmezei @Milnoc @SBishayIRIS Been with Videotron since 2017, leaving Bell behind. Roaming is not an issue anywhere in Canada, USA or Caribbean, even Cuba. We buy our devices outright and do not fall for the $0 subsidized phone. Owning it gets you cheaper plans, I got 10GB, North America roaming for $40/mnth

Explain to me WHY, despite turning off cellular data for all but 3 emergency apps, I HAVE SOMEHOW GONE OVER MY DATA AGAIN NOT EVEN HALF WAY INTO THE MONTH?! @Videotron fees are ridiculous and I am sick of it

@AdaMcVean @Videotron JFC. This is so frustrating. @Videotron can't keep their story straight can they. "Yes we do refunds, nope sorry no refund for you." Looks like they need to lose a customer if you can quit them and report to a gov agency for fraudulent practices. Good luck. <sigh>
