    My internet provider (@Videotron ) has pretty much screwed my entire week, with 5 bloody outages in 7 days. When I called them about it, they told me that I could upgrade to a more expensive service that wouldn't suffer from this.

    @Videotron I've been having a little trouble with my #Internet access for three straight days. It's #Windows10, and things have worsened by the second. I can't even use my cleaner programs!

    @Videotron When my power goes out for unplanned reasons, @hydroquebec is able to give an ETA on when their service will be restored. They even provide an app with an updated outage map so customers can track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.

    @Bell_Support I'll need someone to reach me very soon or I will be calling @Videotron tomorrow. Never have I had such bad service
