Black Siri (@ToLoveShay) reported@Videotron The line disconnects after it tells you the hours that it’s open. Ive done it six times. I say I’m a video customer. I provide my phone number then it tells me the customer service line is is closed, provides me the hours that hangs up.

Daniel (@MTLDaniel) reported@Videotron city crews put my neighbor's cable on my property. he told me you're only showing up in two weeks to reconnect the service...does that mean it will be hanging from the post and hanging down onto my front lawn for that long?

Local news? Do newspapers? (it bugs me that OS didn’t prove their case by getting on Cogeco, SaskTel, Videotron etc. Would’ve been faster)

PeteyPoPetey (A user) 🇨🇦 #ReleaseTheNames (@peteypopetey) reportedFreedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.
