    @theolesen @Videotron I do too! I called and they said there’s a problem with the network and engineers are working on it… been waiting for at least an hour!

  • FoxyShaggy Shaggy! The french canadian fox who bleps when shy (@FoxyShaggy) reported

    @Lloyd_Deer I’m with Videotron too. I called them. They take note of the number and then a new scammer comes in (or the same with a different number, I wonder it’s it’s as bad with bell, Fido etc.)

  • fagstein Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reported

    Apparently another major issue with Videotron’s Helix TV service in the Montreal area. IPTV is great until it doesn’t work.

  • AdamBanon Adam Banon (@AdamBanon) reported

    @niteshp80 @Videotron Same here. Helix internet and phone lines both down in DDO. Thought I was the only one. Was told it should be fixed by 2AM. It’s Saturday night and can’t even watch UFC @Videotron

  • AdvaniKhushbu Khushbu Advani (@AdvaniKhushbu) reported

    @anatolefp @Videotron @terezblackstar I live in cote-des-neiges too. Have same internet issue

  • DJStarQ DJ STAR Q (@DJStarQ) reported

    @Videotron how long is this internet outage going to last? It’s been a few hours now.

  • mke1138 Mike (@mke1138) reported

    @zaheedonism @SaskTelSupport @Videotron Well there’s your problem, it’s not plugged in.

  • vveresterben Sterben von Todsleben ⚧🔞 (@vveresterben) reported

    @Videotron Yep same problem here, Helix is not connecting to the WiFi. Will wait a bit I guess no time to play with it.

  • HelenEleni Helen Eleni (@HelenEleni) reported

    Spoke to someone very helpful and friendly about tech issues I was having with my internet provider. Gave them a perfect score on the customer survey. So glad I switched from Videotron/Rogers, which always sent me through the infinite circles of automated-response hell.

  • fagstein Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reported

    Bell filed a complaint last fall against Vrai, because Quebecor wasn’t offering it at all to non-Videotron subs, a clear violation of #CRTC policy. It’s now available through the QUB app, but Bell says that offers fewer concurrent streams and can’t be watched on a set-top box.
