    @OmarAbalkhail @Videotron Oh, I 100% agree, Bell is probably the same but Videotron I felt was unprepared and understaffed to deal with these kind of situations . Bell Atleast has infrastructure to fix issues …

    @FeathyWap @Videotron Bell sucks

  • d00de83 Fred S. (@d00de83) reported

    @Videotron You should solidify your network as bell in oir building has never gone offline. Maybe backup power other thwn batteries would be to be considered?

  • parkerbaby2000 Dave (@parkerbaby2000) reported

    @Videotron Its been 2 days now no service, yet they say its ok to go over your mobile data limit, which I did, now my mobile data is blocked and no internet, im switching to another internet provider, this is unacceptable no matter what the weather conditions are

  • IMFROMCANADAEH THESPORTSGUY (@IMFROMCANADAEH) reported

    @Videotron A customer for very, very long time. I left @Bell a long time ago after poor customer service. I can’t believe I am looking into pricing on their site tonight. Guess Fibe is the way to go.
