@kittonna_saber @bookingcom The router name and codes they provided didn’t exist, and they use a different company than rogers for their internet (Videotron) .. could have been why their phone # was down, but still- they had live chat and didn’t answer and left us stranded..

@JeffKirdeikis Your tweet misleads people to believe all Canada is shut down. It only affects those on the Rogers system. Bell, Videotron. Telus and other providers are working just fine.

@PassiveCndIncom For some reasons I never liked buying or owning any Rogers stock! Yes, my sim card is a data plan from Fido but I just don't like Rogers. Even at work, I opted to use Telus, Bell, and Videotron versus Rogers.

@FidoSolutions So Fido still isn’t working. Was told I’d be getting credit for the days that didn’t work. That’s like $6 total. For almost four days not working. They don’t have 5G, don’t have unlimited, don’t have USA plans and have ZERO retention to try to keep me. BYE fido hello Videotron.

@Mazerall I have cell service back now. For some reason my phone was not on auto selection of carrier and thought “Let’s try Videotron towers!” Which should work in all honesty. We have Roam like Home when away. Why can’t we connect to ANY tower when Rogers is unavailable?
