    @Bell_Support as 50+ year Bell subscriber I am disappointed that your receivers no longer support Netflix. I called to upgrade to the new Box and was told I have to upgrade my PVR as well. $50. Shipping for each = $100 and I do the installation. @Videotron will perhaps be better

    @Videotron Thanks but this needs to go to customer loyalty or whatever the next step is. Or even the CCTS. I’m out $700.

    @AnjaKaradeglija @BryanPassifiume Does that dismiss Tech Savvy's complaint that Rogers is giving Videotron a rate they cant get? If it does the next shoe to drop is the Rogers/Shaw approval.
