@Videotron Funny enough I wasn't the 9ne asking for English speaking Rep. After 1h of getting bumped, a French speaking rep helped fix the billing and now on for 1h40 to update plans. Something that should have taken 30min. Took over 2h. Thank goodness for the rep in Customer Relations.

@Videotron Mine went out later in the day (4:40pm). Can't reach you...how do we know when it's back? Or that our problem isn't something else? HydroQuebec has a model for that. You should develop one.

@Bell_Support yup total crap at this time. either my pvr is crap or fibe is out. matter what I do only channel 1 appears, even on the guide. maybe @Videotron has better service.
