    @Deadchamber19 @Videotron If you have residential internet and mobile plan with videotron and the former doesn't work, you can go over your monthly limit on the latter 🫶🏾

    @malorian_arms @Videotron Yes cause everyone is using their cellphones thus the network is congested and slowing down. Imnin the same area and have the same issue

    @Videotron No mobile services, or internet and landline. We are sitting ducks in Chateauguay. I had this tiny window to send a message. No way to call you for tech support.

    @JiangYingxiao @Videotron Dont call for nothing Shirley , never lost power but internet doesn’t work since 2pm yesterday. Dont waste your time on the phone with them .

    @Videotron you guys need to have an outage map like hydro Quebec.That way people could see if there are outages in the area & not call in to find out if there is one or if te issue might be something else. Can you confirm if there is an outage in the area around H7W postal code

    @jamie_montreal @Videotron Same issue in l'ile perrot.. Power stayed on, but Videotron out for >24hrs now..

    @Videotron Hydro came back last night around 11:00 pm but Helix does not want to reconnect Should I attempt to call Customer Service ? I am in Pointe Claire H9R 5X9

    @Videotron is it still relevant that the Helix wifi service at home is still out of service. In Verchère, the network has not been available for 24 hours now and my terminal flashes continuously in Green. #Videotron

    @9ymw7dg2wm @Videotron My theory is that the entire tech team is playing on a private Minecraft server while ignoring that everyone has no internet. This way they get down time and can farm those minerals.
