@Videotron internet isn't working so I can't use their helix app to talk to their customer support to tell them their internet service isn't working. Phone support tells me to use the helix app. That's some real catch 22 BS there.

@ZackTaylorFA @PandasAndVidya oh def not lol, these video trons basically replaced the blockbusters here ... maybe its just a canadian thing? videotron movie / game stores are also owned by the videotron cable service, which i think is also canadian exclusive

@Videotron @tinaavon beware! Phone died 10mths in & asked for replacement. I got"none available". Took a different one. & now I am in breach of contract on broken one & $350 would be on my bill. Spoke to "mgr" useless Tks, have been a client 20+ years & this is what I get.

@Videotron the internet service went down when I went to bed last night and this morning it is still down. Twice in two months I have to try and work through an outage. When is this going to be fixed?!

@TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.

@alysm745 @JanTheMan2010 I am with Videotron in Quebec and after a few years price crept up from about $50 to $90 a month. Then in 2019 I called and wanted to cancel. I explained that my income is low and I can't afford it.
