    @VLUTHERR Videotron. They are the worst lmaoooo. Like I love the service. Never have an issue. But there’s no rest with them. Everyday it’s something about a payment. 🥲😭

    @Videotron internet isn't working so I can't use their helix app to talk to their customer support to tell them their internet service isn't working. Phone support tells me to use the helix app. That's some real catch 22 BS there.

    @Videotron @tinaavon beware! Phone died 10mths in & asked for replacement. I got"none available". Took a different one. & now I am in breach of contract on broken one & $350 would be on my bill. Spoke to "mgr" useless Tks, have been a client 20+ years & this is what I get.
