    @Videotron horrible experience. The modem was not delivered n time. I wasted 3 hours to collect. Now it is not connecting. Now I need to pay and wait a week to get it fix. I can't work from home.I can't take day off. I should have gone with @Bell .

    thanks @Videotron for giving me a new remote. Now,about those prices that keep rising,I can only keep the price down by getting rid of channels.There has to be another way.Bell is begging me to switch.

    @Videotron Your website keeps switching to French, so I don't know which of the four options I should choose to login. Even when I choose English.

    @Videotron a person in a Pandemic cannot go 6 days without internet. We need to find a solution. Will be calling back this morning because this is unacceptable. (I am using what is left of my data).

    @tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either

    @MobileSyrup NO! @Videotron needs to go outside of Quebec to help make a big 4 possible and bring competition. Quebec today has better prices than all of Canada.

    After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

    @Videotron legit question: have you been on hold with your customer service yet? The first song on your loop is the worst thing imaginable. Please, for gods sake, just mute it or gimme radio. Anything else. Please. #videotron
