@cbcmarketplace @CBC @cbcgem I’ll also add the hat the Rogers merger with Shaw needs to be stopped. It’s great Shaw is going to sell its phone service to Videotron in QB as part of the “conditions” for Quebec and ONLY Quebec. It should not be allowed.

Trying to help my mom adjust her @Videotron mobile, cable and internet settings and I have never in my ever loving years using internet websites had such an incomprehensibly terrible, topsy turvy, mind meltingly non sensical UX experience in my whole damn life. shame on you!

Hey @Videotron , stop ******* with my 82-year old mom. She's been without a landline for over a week, your 1st tech hooked up her TV which she doesn't need and the 2nd one said he couldn't hook up a simple landline unless she located a box she's never heard of. FIX THIS
