@gail_osborne @WhatsApp I tried the same for my iPad and still the same issue. Yes it says “invalid QR code” for mine too. Am hoping the WhatsApp account here can help. I get the feeling its happened to a lot more now that u have said the same

@Arfaan11 @WhatsApp No! I installed a different App on my iPad that gave assess to WhatsApp to see if that would work, but it has the same problem! iPhone keeps scanning QR code on iPad app and then says ‘invalid QR code’. I think WhatsApp update today on iPhone has created problem!

You’d think the @USPS would insist that @Meta would include a disclaimer that their ad for @WhatsApp isn’t actual Postal customers or even Postal employees since the actors use the term “mail” and only the Postal Service handles that product. It’s very misleading to the consumer.
