Who is solving for individual CRM on @WhatsApp? I use a WA Biz acount & accumulate over 150 chats every week. Even labels don’t help. Everytime I respond to a chat, have to scroll all the way down to access unread chats 🥺 Tricks/tips pls 🙏🏽 Alternatives haven’t worked so far!

@WhatsApp has made some changes to their UI that shores down the UX. When you reply someone's status, previously a toast was shown at the centre of the screen with the text "sending reply". Now, it's a black snackbar at the bottom making it difficult to even see
