Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.

Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.
