@BustDustin @Bob_Vandaele @bigbushelsag @rpbrunel @XplornetES @weatherlogics When we were on @Xplornet, I ran the modem on a timer. Every 4 hours it would power cycle the modem. By far the worst internet provider that I had ever used.
(3/6) And from what I hear about Xplornet, they're even worse. Right now, the best option is the Telus "Smart Hub," which has better, more consistent speeds, but a data cap of 500GB on the top plan. The providers above have a much higher cap, but terrible real speeds.
@Bob_Vandaele @bigbushelsag @rpbrunel @XplornetES @weatherlogics Xplornet is unplugged at least 3 times a day I would say. Guy that lives on our yard called RF Now just to see and they were like yep we can help. They are putting up receivers on water towers. Says it’s really good.
Xplornet Enterprise Solutions
@Magnetsignsbmb I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. Unfortunately this is the Enterprise division and we have no access to the residential side. You will have to contact @Xplornet for help. Sorry.
Bell is offering rural broadband LTE internet 25/1 350 MB cap for a slightly lower price point than xplornet and perhaps better guarantee of service during peak periods. My only real concern is that Bell might cancel it at some point.
If you think Xplornet is shitty service, then we have a problem.
Too bad @xplornet can't say the same
DEPLORABLE CDN 🇬🇧 🇨🇦
@fordnation will you take a look a Facebook group *xplornet rural internet enough is enough * many unhappy customers who are paying exorbitant prices for terrible service and we have no alternatives. we need fiber @Bell @Bell_Support
Ah yes @xplornet, having an outage in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. Thanks for the worst service and incredibly long wait times for customer service. Jackasses.
@Tsok_PUBG @WJacky101 @Xplornet Welcome to living outside the city. At least I don't have to pay $80/month for adsl speeds less than 5mbps down and 0.3upload with @Bell
Xplornet ain’t shutting down or going out of business yet! **** all y’all who hate us.
My folks cancelled their Xplornet service, and when they inquired about equipment pickup, Xplornet CS said they have too many cancellations on the books right now to bother. They said to recycle the antenna, or give it to a friend. I wouldn't do that to a friend.

@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.
@gailBatten4 @Rbjames09 @PolitcialS @TorontoStar If wind is affecting for internet there IS most definitely an equipment problem. Radio waves dont care about wind. Xplornet will most certainly servixe you via sat. They service virtually all of canada.
@candleman67 @Rbjames09 @PolitcialS @TorontoStar Nothing wrong with my equipment it is the line of site etc it is that or dial up. I am not with xplornet they would hook me up at all. So it is that or spending lots more money. Oh and my cell service is spotty as well. Live in a no mans zone.
