AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca I think I need one of these in my backyard so I can get better service. What a joke. Do NOT sign up for this company.
-
Frank Patterson (@2Bfrankpat) reported@xplornet I can’t be the only one having trouble tonight.... cmon man
-
Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.
-
Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported@Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...
-
GL Guevarra (@GLGuevarra) reported@xplore_ca The connection is back. But it was down for an hour or two.
-
Based Canadian (@jasonforrest) reported@CBCNews Xplornet charges far too much. Please fix this.
-
G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!
-
🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@the905arts) reported@xplore_ca what in gods name do I have to do to get you guys to stop calling me? I don't want your service and with customer support harassing me I never will. make it stop!
-
Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.
-
Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.
-
Onkwehonwe Organics (@OnkwehonweHerbs) reported@xplore_ca Been dealing with an issue since November. I had 3 routers & 3 accounts. Went down to 2 accounts w new equipment. Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

Devin Rabey (@Devin_Rabey) reported@moegaultier @xplore_ca To transmit from customer to customer......LOL....you must be unaware of how Sattelite Internet operates.
-
Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca Hey thats great you have time to tweet about this stuff. Your customers would like their services to work. Filed a ccts complaint this afternoon.

Palliser Triangle Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported@BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)
