    @Xplornet During pandemic when husband & sons had to work/study from home, we rarely went to our cottage cuz Xplornet was so damn slow & unreliable despite various tech visits.We upgraded to almost $100/month last summer,still awful. Just switched isp,new service is cheaper,fast&reliable.

    @Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO

    @sneaky_neaky_ @Xplornet They put my account (I have no idea how) in someone else’s first name. So all the account info was mine & they wouldn’t let me cancel because it wasn’t in my name. I was livid like how do you really **** this up & then not let me access MY account. With MY info 😶😶😶”policies”

    @Xplornet It would be SO nice if you invested more in customer service so there wasn't such an enormous wait every time that it's needed to call in for some help. The last 2 recent times I had to call in because our tower quit working it was between 40 minutes and over an hour waiting :/

    @Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

    @DaveNuss17 U r lucky u got 9. We paid for 10, usually got 5 and service was on/off each day for the past year+. During pandemic when we need to work/study from home, couldn’t spend time at our cottage cuz xplornet sucks. We switched ISP ystdy & internet is faster,cheaper,works nonstop.

    So @xplornet called me with a "solution," are you ready to hear it? They can't give me access to the internet 24/7, or an upload speed of more than .879 MB per second (when it does work), but they're giving me a small credit on my bill for the next three months. 🤨

    @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

    If you are looking for internet stay away from @Xplornet we installed it last year at the cottage and had issues all last year. Guess what same issue again this year and they tell me I need to pay for extra coverage. Seasonal account hooked up two months ago and never worked
