    @XplornetSupport I feel very frustrated because we have had the tech here, he has told us there is nothing more he can do to help us with our speed issues as xplornet keeps overloading their towers with customers so we have to live with it. Xplornet still charges for service they can’t supply

    @Xplornet rips customers off by charging $15 for a modem that doesn't even provide a wireless signal. If you want a router they'll rent you one of those for extra. #pisspoorservice

    @BlizzardCS Like since Ashe was live, this has been an issue. Tried limiting client/server option, lowered graphics to medium, still no real improvements. @Xplornet says it isn't on their end (but I remain doubtful).

    u/l at 57% now Such is life in rural internet fast lane @NetSetMB & @Xplornet I thought inet service wasnt supposed 2 discriminate between corporate interests & residential subscribers but it sure does financially in my geog area. 1 Mbps upload max when @CRTCeng recommends 5Mbps

Fiinally said **** This...and filed a BBB Complaint. Wouldn't you know it...they gave the BBB the same **** and Bull story. Let's face...XPLORNET WILL ALWAYS SUCK !!

    I logged onto my customer page on xplornet and there are no options to upgrade, add gigs, nada. Apparently @Cogeco may expand to my area and they offer UNLIMITED and much faster internet for far less per month. Xplornet's customer service is godawful.

    @XplornetSupport @Xplornet Because I'm deaf and don't have a phone, I don't get to enjoy the privilege of calling you if I want to talk to someone right away. Apparently you will only get back to me via email in 48-72 hours! Deaf people shouldn't have to get inferior service because they can't call.

    @mwest_ @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Bell subscription is national so the rates are the same. If I didn't have this I'd get Ice Wireless. No idea what control Bell has over NWtel here. They always used to distance themselves when it came to connectivity issues etc.
