@HV_holsteins @modernfarmer @Xplornet Fun times. just had @Xplornet subcontractor down to fix our wifi, which the operator diagnosed as a weak signal. Explained our receiver was on a tv antenna about 25’ up. Contractor just showed up to realign it, realized it was on a tower and said “I don’t climb towers” and left.

  • Anna King (@repulsedcanuck) reported

@Xplornet you can offer all the speed you want with your upgrades, but what you offer and what you get are completely different. Can't wait to get out of NB and get rid of your service. Just horrendous.

  • Stewart Skinner (@modernfarmer) reported

I just want good internet and a life where I never have to purchase anything from @Xplornet every again. That would be my request. My little hatchback can keep dodging potholes

  • jim oneill (@postie242) reported

Service from the McGregor tower sucks again tonight. Don’t worry @xplornet you’ll still get your money.

  • Kelly-Jay (@khyphenj) reported

@XplornetSupport "ready to help!" good one. @Xplornet can't handle customers usage, throttle and drop connections, you tell us to call them, they blame the customers. Should be shut down for selling a product they don't deliver and not letting us out of contracts they have broken via downtime.

  • 🇨🇦Christoff🏈🎸🎤 (@BearPawChris) reported

So happy I’m moving somewhere your services aren’t required @Xplornet. I’m tweeting this using one bar of spotty 3G reception. (faster than your wifi & I’m only 20 feet from router). You’re a worse cash grab than photo radar. Too bad you likely won’t reply, as you don’t care.

  • Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@Pagmenzies @CRTCeng Bell recently announced it would finally start to use the Inukshuk spectrum and deploy fixed wireless capable for 25/5. Weeks later, CRTC revises standard down to 25/5. Will Bell get subsidy for fixed wireless around Toronto (currently served by Xplornet satellite)

  • half the man I used to be (@btchnkitchen) reported

@XplornetSupport @Xplornet I was being sarcastic about slow speeds I am getting constantly from your service and I apologize.I tried to call customer service and they were unable to help me get what I have been paying for for the last 6 years

  • Jesse Leite (@jesseleite85) reported

@Execulink @_mikhailbot @AndrewDelPrete @Xplornet I understand rural wireless will require a contract, but I was told that if I wasn’t happy even 5 days in, that I can’t cancel without a (fairly large) penalty.

  • Sarah (@CheSarahSera) reported

You do already, with your terrible internet service. See my first tweet. Wtf #xplornet

  • Zachary Farina (@Zack_Is_Whack) reported

@Shekatsak Xplornet is God awful lmao. Were supposed to be getting 25mbps and we get 1-5 mbps speeds on good days.

  • Sean Charles (@CanadianChamus) reported

@sydmac79 @jcalder1983 @dixon_coop @Xplornet @NetSetMB The **ONLY** employee I like there is Don in technical support. He actually seemed to care. He of course had a job to do. He was respectful of our recent situation. When you call in, ask for him. #doncares #xplornet
