Xplore Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Brandon Murphy (@brandonmurph10) reported. @xplore_ca you are an absolute joke. I would fold up that business and never say I was associated with them if I had any relationship with these scammers
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedI'm currently using my kid's phone as a hotspot just so I can try an get this dealt with. Beyond frustrating. It doesn't *actually* count as 24-7 support if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. @xplore_ca - what happened!?
-
Frank Patterson (@2Bfrankpat) reported@xplornet I can’t be the only one having trouble tonight.... cmon man
-
Dan Wiebe (@DanWiebeFree) reported@xplore_ca Don’t believe a word of Xplorenet . I know this from personal experience and my friends and acquaintances share my experience. The speeds and data are far lower than they “sell” their service is crap. Starlink work’s terrific.
-
Fur kid Mom 🇨🇦🇬🇱🇺🇦 (@sue_platts) reported@xplore_ca 35 mins on hold at 7:30 am cdn’t take one more round of that horrible, speaker blown sounding music.
-
Death (@JasonDeath187) reported@xplore_ca I'm not sure you can help me, but my Xbox says to use IPV6. Is that available with your service and how do I go about getting it?
-
Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported@RCLranger @stan_sdcollins I'll have to call Bell again and see if we can get a signal. They haven't been in our area before, and Rogers didn't work for us, so we've been stuck with Xplornet.
-
Johnny ❄ ᔮᓂ ᖃᓴᓪᓗᐊᖅ (@JohnnyKasudluak) reportedLooks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2
-
Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba@darrell88384848 @jayDouc3tt3 @BambinoJalapeno My only options for internet here are xplornet and Starlink , or hotspot my phone which would would require a cell booster because the cell signal is non existent.
-
Heather, Heath,Dafink,Mom (@HeatherTownFink) reported@xplore_ca is there an outage in Central Alberta?
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedWe've had outages before. We pay extra so that service calls are covered. They used to be so prompt and so helpful. Now... they have me considering doing business with Bell Canada. @xplore_ca, do you have any idea how bad things have to get for ME to be considering BELL?
-
Jo Watier (@kowalat) reported@MtlYlavoie @simard_colette He was the only way we could get decent, fast, reliable Internet after Xplornet. With Xplornet it took between 2-3 minutes just to go from one email to the next. Speed was crap but with Starlink lightning fast. We only got rid in September because Bell Fibe arrived,
-
Karen Favaro (@FavaroKaren) reported@cogecohelps omg….the worst internet service ever. Xplornet was better at half the price
-
