Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • Kurt (@KPott16) reported

@Xplornet You guys are a joke! High speed my ***, 12 years of garbage service!

  • JD (@jddynes) reported

@Xplornet Oh Jim. You poor guy. @APLenehan and #xplornot just want your money whilst giving really poor service. Once @SpaceXStarlink comes online I hope you can get out of the very onerous contract one has to sign for a pile of oversold sky junk. Jim, Jim, Jim. Sigh.

  • Chris (@DHBrewing) reported

@Xplornet Almost every week for the last few months the same “extended service outage for improvements”. Yet the service is still horrible for me and everyone around me. In case you haven’t noticed your overpriced, poor service and outages are hosing those of us STUCK AT HOME!

  • brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet I bet this tablet is paid for with money from an Internet service that’s not even that functional

  • Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

If #Northwestel or #xplornet refuse to give a refund for 9 days, then you have the right to bring it to the #CCTS (a free telecom complaint ombudsman) for each and every outage and for each service (Internet, TV and Cell)

  • Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

For each of these cases everyone should be calling their service provider (Northwestel, xplornet) for refunds for each day there was an outage. By my calculations there were 9 outages.

  • sleepy (jim) (@The_Deathbox) reported

Spent an hour trying to watch 1 24 minute episode @ 720p. Damn Xplornet lol

  • C S (@bfan77) reported

@teewtsirhc @MapleLeafs We're installing satellite dish this week for xplornet. 1 bar cell signal from bell and telus is terrible at our cottage too. #ruralcellservicesucks

  • Nunya 🇨🇦 (@CanadianNunya) reported

@DirtyGlockGuy @TELUSsupport @Speedtest We have xplornet too but was told that’s even worse.. and I believe it as I was with Xplornet in Ontario and got rid of them because they were super slow.

  • Nunya 🇨🇦 (@CanadianNunya) reported

@tequilasheila10 @TELUSsupport The only internet companies here are Telus or Xplornet and apparently Telus is the better of the two. Was with Xplornet for 10 yrs and got rid of them due to them being super slow too.

  • Brian Johnson (@bjohnson921) reported

@MikeMcDonald89 @GGPokerOfficial Sounds like some of my experiences with online poker when I was using Xplornet for my ISP. Satellite signal drops to zero for no reason, then finally catches up and shows folded monster hand. Frustrating!

  • brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet Why can’t I load the homepage of YouTube your Internet sucks

  • has the worst internet service (@atomgoodwin) reported

@XplornetSupport @Xplornet over the the last week our internet service is basically unusable. How do you charge for this "service"?

  • Philip Koning (@PhilipKoning) reported

@CanadianCheri @MGirash Xplornet, a Cdn company using wholesale services from Telesat, another Cdn company, is now offering LTE packages (faster than the satellite service they were known for). It is our hope they will ramp up service as one alternative to the longer term need for expanded fibre

  • Megagazza (@megagazza) reported

@LimestoneDSB "Internet access will be provided to students who are learning remotely and do not currently have access (where service is available)" We have xplornet which proved not to be up to the task at the end of last year...so whats the solution to that?
