    @Xplornet Do NOT care about your customers 1 bit. We are living through a pandemic, the Government deemed internet access essential and people are asked to stay home. Yet, you have policies that should be illegal(throttling) and you charge high fees for iffy service.

    It's worth noting that everything I call, I end up having to do all the work on my end. Did it all. Still not working. I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

    @Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet
