@SilverStarAg We have good internet as we have an xplornet tower in Aylsham but no cell service. Great for fire calls. I can see 3 cell tower lights but can’t call out

So, Xplornet finally said they'd come out and do a service, but the person that was supposed to send out the work order forgot??? Are you kidding me, it's been 5 weeks since the first time we called?! @xplornet

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@Xplornet Guys, I appreciate your advertising enthusiasm, however, your services do not live up to your promises. I am in rural Quebec and had to give up your service for a competitor because your speed is so slow and your service calls take days and days.

@Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO
