    @Xplornet How about having your techs fix your ****** broken internet instead of taking pictures... Now I see why the service is so expensive and speeds are never anywhere near what is promised...

    @Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!

    @GordHardie @LifeofaDman @Xplornet Don't do it unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for extremely slow and unreliable internet access. They're the worst internet provider I've ever had, no competition.

    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @Xplornet My service has been down all day (Eastern Ontario). I work from home and need to know if I will be able to work tomorrow. Please give us an estimation of the time we can expect our service to be back. I know stuff happens, but surely by now you must have an estimate.
