@BellMediaPR Bell, let's talk. I just switched from bell cellular service to Telus and my satellite from bell to Xplornet. At much cheaper cost btw. There are consequences to treating female broadcaster's like ****!

  • NicGignac Nicolas Gignac (@NicGignac) reported

@Xplornet any reason for an outage in New Brunswick?

  • JoHolypoker Jo Dee (@JoHolypoker) reported

I have to give credit where credit is due. Xplornet customer service has vastly improved. @Xplornet

  • XyoticTV Nathan (@XyoticTV) reported

@Xplornet is probably the most ****** ISP out there. My family of four pays for the 50MB LTE package, and half the time we can’t keep connected. It’s currently 1:30AM, I’m the only one awake using the internet at home, and I’m still getting frequent disconnections. #Xplornet #Wtf

  • rainkeltoia42 Alicia Cram (@rainkeltoia42) reported

@Xplornet @NicGignac There are lots of people waiting for your update on the NB outage. Like no ETA from your tech support AT ALL. Any info?

  • MadsTS Mads Sandbakken (@MadsTS) reported

@Kanye_Invest Are you on @Xplornet as well? The provider of poor internet in rural Canada? That have literally gauged on me for years. Thank God they finally getting some competition. And will probably soon be bankrupt as loyal long time customers are not valued.

  • very_sherrie Sherrie Stoodley (@very_sherrie) reported

@Xplornet how long do we have to wait for an internet connection that doesn't drop several times a day? I called you today and was told there is a problem with the tower & they don't know when it will be fixed... not acceptable!

  • Juleflower Julia Wilson (@Juleflower) reported

@very_sherrie @Xplornet I don’t know what the problem is to be honest. It seems each call there is another reason. We are not paying for the month of august. So you can probably get the month free - but it doesn’t cover the cost of all the data being used. So frustrating!

@EamonCyr @Ougrew12 I live in a very rural area that only offered Bell DSL or Xplornet, both are terrible. Starlink became available here, and I signed up, immediately. I haven't regretted for a minute.

  • davidreddekopp David Reddekopp 💉💉💉 (He/Him) (@davidreddekopp) reported

@Xplornet charging a mileage fee to fix the internet connection "because of my location" is a **** move. Isn't satellite internet service for those who have no other option (usually meaning remote!?!?!)
