    @Xplornet A week went by no call, so another call to Xplornet and was advised they have escalated the call and we will get a response by end of day Monday. Don’t be shock as we were bot we didn’t get any response or call. To think this is just to set up a service appointment.

    @TheComicHunter oh it is not great, I mean, getting fibre is yes, but the DSL is so poor out this way it was a rip off and when we went to xplornet it degraded to the point it no longer worked. working remotely has been challenging for years

    @Xplornet Why has internet in the national capital region of Canada been down for hours? Do you not know many people are working from home due to Covid and require internet service?

    @bigbushelsag @SpaceXStarlink This is Xplornet but had a guy come set up the network at the shop it made a huge difference

    @Xplornet Are you throttling down that tower like all the others?.....I don’t even get close to the 10Mbps I am supposed to.....it’s like having dialup internet 30yrs ago again.

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @CNN That's great, however, the CRTC is misleading. I suspect the avg numbers are being propped up by urban areas with fibre. Also misleading is this "up to 50mbps" nonsense... I'm a Starlink client now and enjoying the vast improvement in service, despite the occasional issue.
