@Xplornet I am at the end of my rope. Every day a customer service agent gives me a new reason that my internet is less than 1MB. Apparently, even in November on a clear, sunny day, it's wind, rain, and foliage that are the issue. We pay for a service. Deliver it. It's that easy

  • SgunnerSue Sue Hill (@SgunnerSue) reported

@Xplornet using my sons hotspot before he goes to work. My internet has been done for 15 hours!! 3045 county rd 30 Codrington Ontario Every week I'm without internet for hours and hours. I have an internet phone so no, I cant call because I have NO service.

  • miket136 Michael Thomlinson (@miket136) reported

@mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

.@Xplornet I hv 50/10 Unlimited and the service has been total CRAP for TSN sports streaming BAD. Buffering and Freezing losing plays at critical times. stopping tsn streaming and running speedtests shows speeds tolerable but connections intermittent so ping on order of 5000 ms

  • BaileyCrawly Bailey 🏳️‍🌈 (Taylor's Version) (@BaileyCrawly) reported

Of all the companies I’ve ever worked with, @Xplornet is by far the biggest POS scam out there. What a rip-off, paying the same amount as everyone else for service that almost never works. And of course customer service doesn’t give a damn to fix it. Embarrassing service quality.

  • whiskeyfated WhiskyTangoFaded (@whiskeyfated) reported

@Xplornet has the WORST INTERNET holy crap, every night my speed goes to a crawl at 9pm till 2am THE ******* WORST

  • bigbushelsag THE GOD OF AG (@bigbushelsag) reported

Why is it always a 45 minute phone call to get xplornet internet working. I just wanna call say fix it and hang up.

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

@Xplornet always same thing I get higher cost plans to give me better max speeds then hardware tower node handling capacities exceeded latencies of 5000 ms & choppy intermittent connections Calls to tech support have never resolved the issues; boils down to deficient network

  • PennyOlo Penny Olorenshaw (@PennyOlo) reported

@Piccia @Xplornet To be fair, we are on a wireless system, and it isn't always this slow, but we would kill for 600mbps. I can't even imagine how fast that must be. Like blinky-fast!

  • ray_vautier Ray Vautier (@ray_vautier) reported

@mrandell15 @gmcdparsons @DonnieOK Just checked. Read a bit of it and the price is the same I think so it’s service now that I’d be interested in. Xplornet charges way to much for service calls
