Sorry, #TwitterFamily, I'm still having huge issues with my internet...it's there and then it's gone... 😟 They sent out a service guy again today, but he couldn't do anything. Now they're telling me it will be sometime next week before they can try to fix it. @xplornet

@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

Been trying to watch YouTube for like a week but @Xplornet is just hot garbage, not to mention they still charge an arm and leg for data services that are capped. In 2021. Can't wait to get rid of this **** ISP.

@Xplornet During pandemic when husband & sons had to work/study from home, we rarely went to our cottage cuz Xplornet was so damn slow & unreliable despite various tech visits.We upgraded to almost $100/month last summer,still awful. Just switched isp,new service is cheaper,fast&reliable.
