    @Xplornet Man, I wish I were "Jim". Crap service at best since taking over Silo. Constant outages, and all I get is the robotic answer of "our technicians are currently working to solve the problem"

    @Xplornet ...We also know that the problem is not on our end, as all of our friends and neighbours who have Xplornet (we're forced to because there is no other provider) have the exact same problems as we do at the same time. Can't your business just get their act together?

Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”
