@Xplornet UP TO is the key word. I live right beside the tower,I’m lucky if I get 25/3. You need to add more equipment to your towers instead of more people. You used to be good &now you are just money hungry. Charging people for a service call to fix your ****. I don’t own the equipment.

  • TPedherney Mom2SaxSon (@TPedherney) reported

@Xplornet Terrible options in Cherry Valley in PEC. Stuck with Xplornet because Bell towers are full, we have no other options.

@Xplornet today is not a good day for you. Your lack of customer service is unacceptable. Your service is down and there is no proactive communication to tell anyone what is happening. Do you understand the importance of a great #customerexperience?...because this is not it.

  • lauren_blogger1 My So-Called Perspective (@lauren_blogger1) reported

@Xplornet I have called a number of times regarding our issues. I’ve done the unplug/ plug back in thing, the speed test, the plugging directly in to my computer, checking hardware, checking how many devices are using wifi...etc etc. It’s changed nothing.

  • ehcormij Jim Roche (@ehcormij) reported

@BellAliant internet issues again. Called Tech Sup. When I asked agent to repeat her name her response was to say she was authorized to discontinue call. I guess @Xplornet it will be. Time and frustration just not worth it.
