Lewis (@lewisbron) reported@Xplornet why is your internet so bad
-
Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported@Xplornet There's our wonderful government throwing away tax dollars at horrible evil corporations filled with garbage employees and garbage services.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedNo internet at all since 1:30pm today. Coming up on nine hours. The other day it was over 12 hours. I know I talk a lot of trash about @Xplornet, but this is unacceptable. I wonder what it's like for @APLenehan, knowing how many rural Canadians he's letting down on the daily.
-
Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported@Mark_Goldberg @multiplesourc13 @Xplornet I have been wondering lately if the wireless providers are wanting to get out of the rural internet service provider business because of our low density and higher cost to service. I live 30km from a major city center, and our wireless options are limited, and of poor quality.
-
Rob Good (@medic969) reported@Nick62289935 @Xplornet I got my call back on Friday. They sorted out my inability to log into myxplornet portal and I will see this week about the speeds issues.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedTo put it in perspective @Xplornet: Even if my connection was "up" 50% of the time and I still consumed 800GB of data, that's an average speed of 5mbps over the month. I don't dispute that the connection works some of the time. But it doesn't work reliably, that's the issue.
-
Shampoo (@ShampooChugger) reported@Xplornet Poor bastards. I could yell through a can and string to send a message faster than with Xplornet.
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedTo the person from @Xplornet I just got off the phone with: maybe you should have a chat with the tech that told me there's been an ongoing issue with my tower since February 1. Either they were lying, or you were lying. Or maybe you're both lying. I am so sick of your ****.
-
Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported@Mark_Goldberg @multiplesourc13 @Xplornet Have there been any studies done that give guidance to what affordable rates are for rural wireless service? Are providers like Xplornet pricing themselves to low to provide adequate service and that is resulting in dissatisfied customers looking for alternatives such as Starlink
-
Leonard Eichel (@ldeichel) reported@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.
