@Xplornet @sheepfarmbecca For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

  • laumiken Laura Kennedy (@laumiken) reported

@Xplornet It's not a "connection problem". It's a problem with terrible internet service. We've called for support many times. The support staff can't fix poor internet quality!

  • pdcarts Peter Carter (@pdcarts) reported

@V10Greg @Xplornet Been out for n Selwyn since yesterday too as well..was hoping to wake up to a functioning service this morning :/

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet If you strapped a hard drive to the back of that deer it would move the data faster than your network.

  • larrysorensen_ Larry Sorensen (@larrysorensen_) reported

@Xplornet Took until now for them to finish uploading on Xplornet’s service

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@jsjlivestock @scott_perkin @Xplornet It’s garbage. Last night couldn’t do anything with it. It’s ridiculous. Starlink soon I sure hope. Can’t wait for the day to cancel this **** service

  • JoeHaijoJager Joe Jager (@JoeHaijoJager) reported

@aar0nsadler @Mullin_95 I Have Starlink for 2 months now. Xplornet is going to go bankrupt if Starlink is fully operational. Speed is consistantly between 50-150. Down time seems to be only when they update the system.

  • harrbca Brad Harrison (@harrbca) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet See, there is an upside to getting that job. Oh, but think of all the good you can do for all the poor other schmucks who are suffering with sub standard service in the Saskatoon area. You would truly be a king! Tell you what, I'll be a reference for you.

  • RobScarthCattle Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported

@jsjlivestock @Xplornet RFNow fibre main line was running down #83 highway, about a mile away from us. Cost us $3K to install. They financed it over 6 months. Speed, service, reliability can’t compare to other providers. Only thing I would change would be making the switch sooner.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

Good stuff.... @Xplornet basically non-existent again this evening. Get your act together guys. Competition is coming. At this point they don't even need to try to be better than you. It's like you're actively trying to be horrible.
