@redwoodacres @hugewalleye @Chris_bauer_LL Ouch. I think we will keep what we have as its been pretty good. Way better than the Xplornet crap we had 10 yrs ago.

  • lexomatic Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported

@bluestockingetc @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST and if they won't do it, file a human rights complaint

  • jarvisa2002 jarvisa2002 (@jarvisa2002) reported

@Xplornet We continue to have connection problems with a 30 minute wait time to technical support.

  • lezlieMsmith LezlieMae (@lezlieMsmith) reported

@Xplornet can't find info online - are services down in South Frontenac, Ontario? (Not comfortable saying more about my location publically). Cannot wait till we can swap. This, plus no unlimited is making it harder and harder to do anything.

  • bluestockingetc Kate Bullock (she/her) Manic Gorgon Dream Girl (@bluestockingetc) reported

@DarkElfLX @EricMPaq @Xplornet They've been pretty awful to deal with since she got the internet, but this is just a new level of ridiculous. I just can't imagine, as a company, expecting anyone to uninstall tech, let alone seniors in rural areas.

  • DOUG_MCGR Doug McGregor (@DOUG_MCGR) reported

@Xplornet Hey guys .... what's up? We've been down for over two hours (internet + phone). Can't get through to tech support.

  • teevmn Tvman (@teevmn) reported

@kliivam @CoryBMorgan Xplornet was a joke. Terrible speeds but the 2 second lag made it useless when it did work. Starling has low lag because the SATs are so much closer.

  • francoiseleves6 MyNick Name is Moscow Anna & i hate canadians (@francoiseleves6) reported

Canadian armed forces are worthless for Canada and for everybody else including Xplornet the founded shitiedt slow to get the programs flinstone satellite internet as worthless as it citizens new Brunswickers

  • DOUG_MCGR Doug McGregor (@DOUG_MCGR) reported

@Xplornet At the risk of pointing out the obvious ... your reply is 2 days later. The unobvious is that with no outbound communication I had to experiment (trial & error) to discover when the service came back (I.e. it did not come back on it's own.)

  • AmiskAggie Rod Turner (@AmiskAggie) reported

@chickfarmgirl99 @SpaceXStarlink @Xplornet And maybe your summer help won't be complaining that the WIFI sucks!
