@Xplornet Tried that several times already. Same pathetic excuse each time: too much network congestion. Don't sell more subscriptions than you can handle. #xplornet #poorservice

@Xplornet @lammy9661 You seem to love to review accounts. My service has been out - completely - for over 4 weeks now and I can't get any updates other than the same "we are investigating" that I heard day one.

@Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

Trying to cancel @xplornet service, which has never worked. They insisted I phone, not write. As soon as I said I wished to cancel for non-performance, they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. @xplornetretweet

@nielsernest @Xplornet Check to see if your dish was grounded, I paid for installation and the technician never grounded my dish which led to 3 years + of crap service!

@Xplornet Maybe you could find the time to fix the Thorpe tower? No signal at all for over FOUR weeks now and no updates or explanation from Xplornet. No response via email/Twitter/phone. Not acceptable.

@Xplornet I know you're doing "maintenance" in my area (northumberland) but I've had no internet all day. I'm missing my 1 mbps service. #ruralinternetsucks
