@Xplornet @kenjohn91388485 @Xplornet These boilerplate generic responses are as insulting as is your costly internet service unusable. When will LTE service be available for Evergreen Road in Indian River PE? (C0B1M0). You have long been testing nearby towers. Please do not refer me to phone lines or a DM.

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?

@Xplornet we called in a week ago for service and still nothing. the internet was working better before we called how does that even work?

@Xplornet I sent a DM but no response as usual. The only thing reliable are my astronomic monthly bills. I'm on the track for over 10 k in household internet use. Internet that is unreliable and slow. It rains it doesn't work. During the day doesn't work. I feel taken advantage of.

Nothing really sets me off like trying to do something on the internet and only having the WORST internet on planet Earth at my disposal. Thanks @xplornet

@kowalat I saw your tweet about Xplornet..could be 5 hours...wow. That sucks in this day and age. It could always be worse so do your best to have a good day.

@Xplornet stop overselling your services. For the last year every night between 8-9:30 it becomes so dreadfully slow that it takes 3 minutes to load 4 seconds of a YouTube video
