    @Xplornet is a terrible company. They are horrible to deal with. Their internet tower has been out for over a wk with another wk estimated outage. No communication, no offer of rebate. The service contractor was on hold with them for an hr and still nothing was resolved

    @Xplornet I am tired of the excuses as to why we have never (not once) experienced the level of high speed service we were promised when we signed up. Corporately maybe just engage your integrity muscles and stop making promises to customers you know you can’t keep.

    @Xplornet Service contractors are sent out and left unpaid by Xplornet. Because it’s Xplornet tower at fault. Once the new tower is up and going wks from now, none of our equipment will work with it. Then we’ll wait another 3 wks for a service contractor.

    @Xplornet After messing around again for an hr with “technical support” that didn’t work either....1 good day 2 bad. Clear sunny bluebird skies.

    @Xplornet I did an internet test yesterday, because it was slow, again. I have the best internet package Xplornet offers. 7.1 download speed. 1.2 upload speed.

    @Xplornet been with you a week. I got had! Your service is less than suckacious and slimy. This company is a fraud. Stay away unless you like sticking a needle in your eye everyday!

    @Xplornet it's been a solid week of terrible internet. Called got told about a tower investigation. I cant even load the pages I need for school. What's going on?

    @Xplornet just did they told us that it was a tower issue, is it possible for a tower transfer.Right beside my house is another house with a internet same as ours and it's working.The caller also told us that it's no biggie he told us that we shoudnt worry since weve used 500+gb internet
