@Xplornet Oh man they are soooooo lucky!!!!! The get to pay for speeds "up to 50 Mbps" while never achieving more than 5 Mbps!!!!! And then get your speeds throttled back to about 2 Mbps while trying to use that unlimited data after you go over your real data limit!!!!!!

@baagheecha @Xplornet Better make sure they don't remove the radio that was sending you internet entirely Several months we were told it's a problem on our end and need to pay them to replace everything, And when it didnt work, they wanted to do that again, but there wasnt even support on their end

I called Xplornet and they connected me but their service & reliability was terrible, as was their customer support. I canceled their service after about 6 weeks and contracted Picanoc......./3

@Xplornet Don't worry, we've had your service for 7y and it hasn't gotten any better. I hold no reservations that it will anytime soon.

@Xplornet is there a reason I pay for 24 hours of internet service but only receive about 20? Extremely unhappy, will be calling later today to complain and ask for a refund or better internet! Never had issues until you bought my internet provider!

@lisamariewilton @TELUS @SpaceXStarlink There are many in this area patiently waiting to ditch xplornet and telus hubs for Starlink. Telus released a bunch of BS stating its government policy that limits the cell spectrum to rural customers. In other words they want federal and provincial funding to help them along.
