@Xplornet This is bullshit. I have called 3 times in 4 days. Each time I was told they cant help cuz it looks perfect on their end and this all started when there was maintenance on our tower. Absolute ******* robbing criminals. Cant wait for starlink to arrive

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet In the rest of reality, people are still isolating and trying to stop covid. Meanwhile, the trainwreck that is xplornet marketing is posting stuff like this. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

Internet speed test 1.49 Mbps download 0.09 Mbps upload Your Internet connection is very slow. @Xplornet this is why it isn't worth $113/mth

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@kiss1005ssm The only thing Xplornet connects is their hand to their customer's wallets. That's what "matters" in this context. Most of their customers can't even enter this contest because their connection is so bad they can't upload a photo.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Ever have somebody try to tell you jokes after years of making your life worse? Nobody is laughing. The only joke here is your service. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

  • DabitLina Lina Dabit (@DabitLina) reported

@Xplornet I have. MULTIPLE times. Always the same issue: congestion on the tower. This has been an issue for several years and nothing is done about it. Our internet is unusable most days and nights now. Download speed was .99 Mbps when I called the last time.

  • jaspernamez jasper (@jaspernamez) reported

xplornet is the worst ISP ive ever had to deal with. so glad starlink is coming to my location within the next month or two

  • DabitLina Lina Dabit (@DabitLina) reported

@Xplornet what is going on? Internet so bad that I can't even do a speed test. Dial-up would be better at this point.

  • Ivan34936599 Ivan (@Ivan34936599) reported

@Xplornet @Xplornet my biggest inconvenience is that your towers are over sold and I myself pay for “up to” 25mbps although my speeds very rarely go over 11mbps . And I have only hit around 25mbps during the first 2 months of upgrading from 10mbps plan to 25mbps . Help please !!!

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet And I'm sure that running water under the bridge provides internet service just as good as you do, which is to say it doesn't. Because you don't. I hate when I have to explain jokes, but I know you guys wouldn't get it. Just like I never got internet when I was a customer.
