    It's worth noting that everything I call, I end up having to do all the work on my end. Did it all. Still not working. I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

    @Xplornet "High-speed internet", while not a legal term, is generally accepted in the industry to mean better than 25 Mbps down & 3 Mbps up. AFAIK, no Xplornet service tier meets that definition.

    @Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet

    @Xplornet @MarctMilewski That's right Marc, you should call them, wait on hold forever, and they'll give you detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment. Of course, that fix only lasts for about 90 seconds. Just don't call too often, they will block your number like they did to me.

    @Real_McMunchie @Xplornet Eventually, they will block your phone number like they did to me to prevent you from calling to "troubleshoot" their issue. I can't call them at all anymore...
