    @Xplornet Also when you said you were going to upgrade the tower in May I’ve had your service for three years and was hoping for once on the month that my birthday is on I could actually have good Internet oh wait I’ve had good Internet for a long time now coming from my cell phone

    (1/2) Thx for NOTHING @Xplornet Tech came out and said only fix is to put dish in in ground pole. “They’re next to impossible to find. Call us when you find it and have it installed”. So now NO internet for weeks or more.

    @Xplornet Tsk - “up to” service advertising is false and misleading to the consumers. How about “never below” as a marketing gimmick! Come on Elon!!! Fill my request!!!
