🦉lat240🌻 (@trigger240) reported@Xplornet @Gov_NB I tried to upgrade mine and was told I have to pay a 99$ installation fee, which I've already paid to install xplornet 3 years ago.. why do I have to pay extra when my internet is lagging and only working 3/4s of the time 🙄🙄 100$ a month for 350 gigs of slow internet!!

That Nerdy Guy (@nerdy_fitness) reported@Xplornet we got an automated call this week. It said there was some work being done on a tower in the area. Ever since this work has been done our connection turned into pure garbage. What up with that?

Nick 🇨🇦 (@ml66sc87) reported(1/2) Thx for NOTHING @Xplornet Tech came out and said only fix is to put dish in in ground pole. “They’re next to impossible to find. Call us when you find it and have it installed”. So now NO internet for weeks or more.
