Going on 60min currently on hold to cancel our @Xplornet service. There is zero chance we would recommend them for rural internet. They are a complete disappointment. #bebetter

@rkhazzam @Xplornet @SpaceX I got impatient and ordered the RV Starlink cause there is zero wait. Just got it and it’s waaaay better than the LTE garbage I had.

@Bell_Support it's been a week since in had anything close to stable service. Your call centre is useless as you have given no consideration to your rural customers. The agent last week literally laughed at my issue and was extremely aggressive. It's time for @Xplornet I think

Litteraly no damn reason @Xplornet shouldn't be working. No email about maintenance, no power lines down, no nothing and they still can't work right. I hate this company with everything I have.

@kristinaennis Just seeing this now; for some reason I had tweets from you muted! Starlink is now available. Not cheap, but excellent service. Just set it up at my cabin a couple weeks ago, way faster than xplornet or cell.

@JonesSebastian sorry to say that these circumstances are beyond our control. We will be able to migrate the vast majority of our affected customers to a new Xplornet service option. We are reaching out to our affected customers well in advance to discuss other service options that we can 2/3

@Bell_Support I’m in Roslin and cellular data keeps going down since 11am. So does @xplornet home internet. It’s getting pretty frustrating. Any info?
