@SuprSquirrel The town i live outside of is 9k and everyone surrounding me has internet lol but my dirt road has no lines going down it ... always had terrible service with xplornet and its way overpriced so im excited to try this

@Xplornet Do the people of the Yukon have any opinions on xplornet? I'd like to hear them. I mean, your marketing team constantly throws these links at people, but we never hear their experience with xplornet. #cancelxplornet

@Xplornet You already did your review when we had problems last month and couldnt see anything. I was told to phone Technical Support when I am having problems. I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

@starkinly @Xplornet Yes, Sara. It is. You will deal with outages and extreme slow speeds ALL THE TIME. And when you call to troubleshoot the issue too many times, they will BLOCK your phone number to stop you from calling like they did with me. They will still take your money though.

Pretty sure having near zero internet on a daily basis from my 25M @Xplornet service is not normal. Nor are the thousands and thousands of people complaining daily about how horrible xplornet support is. Maintenance done on Monday seems to have destroyed even the 4M I was getting

@harrbca Xplornet clearly doesn't give a ****, anyhow. My contract with them is up in May. Worst case is this doesn't pan out and I wait for my pre-order to be filled instead. Summer is coming. I plan to not need internet lol. Incidentally, you can order if your location is Pike Lake.

@Xplornet I may be able to **** and watch some thing with 3 Mbps but good luck trying to ******* download would take half the night to ******* download 100 MB honestly your **** network probably has something to do with it to

@aar0nsadler @dennydenny1020 You will miss calling Xplornet for troubleshooting help. Xplornet - “unplug your router for 30 seconds.......how is it now?” Customer- No change still terrible. Xplornet- Well than it’s because of the weather. Have a nice day!
