Calling Xplornet is a hopeless endeavour with hours long wait times and technicians that do nothing more than ask you to "turn it off and back on", and when that fails they begrudgingly book a service call. That tech can't really do much other than fiddle with the antenna...

@jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.
