@jorkirk We've been waiting 3 weeks for @xplornet to fix ours. If only @SaskTel fusion wasn't garbage as well.

  • trigger240 🦉lat240🌻 (@trigger240) reported

And dont forget the installation guy that came to my house made me pay a 25$ cash fee on top of the installation fee I paid to xplornet #customerservice #sucks

  • DumbDanThoughts Dan O'Neill (@DumbDanThoughts) reported

If you live out in the country and are looking for wifi, @Xplornet is possibly the first option to go with. If someone stabbed me every time I was satisfied with their service, I'd almost have half a stab wound

  • BrentMckean501 Brent Mckean (@BrentMckean501) reported

@Xplornet 2 years max for Xplornet then it will no longer be in business thanks to the slow speeds and high monthly costs. Starlink same monthly costs but with up to 300 mps by the end of this year. They can't even lower my monthly bill to try and retain existing customers. 2 years left.

  • HeatherTownFink Heather (@HeatherTownFink) reported

@Xplornet down in central Alberta! Any reason? I have stuff to do....

  • Paulywoggsvoice Paul Adamson (@Paulywoggsvoice) reported

@Xplornet Myth # 6 is especially laughable. I weep for anyone who falls for your BS. And where's your mention of the traffic shaping policy you employ when someone on your network has been deemed to be using "too much internet" by whatever secret internal measure you use?

  • AndersenF31 HurryUPAndersen! (@AndersenF31) reported

@jimbo19000 @Xplornet No I have shaw satellite, never had a problem

  • ZettlAudrey Audrey Zettl (@ZettlAudrey) reported

@Xplornet and it is pretty poor service.Very slow in Sk supposed to be the best!

  • jimbo19000 Mad Jimbo (@jimbo19000) reported

@AndersenF31 @Xplornet No, just that I have a business solution. if I were you, I would install a WeBoost Cell signal booster. It grabs any cell signal and boosts it. It works. I use it all the time and it fixes most outage issues. Simple to install. A Few decent bucks to buy however.

  • RinglerunSk Kirk Pederson (@RinglerunSk) reported

@Xplornet Good morning @xplornet day 5 now. And we are still under investigation. Any updates on the Macrorie outage?
