@Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING.

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@beckstreaker07 @Xplornet Same thing here. Sick to death of Xplornet. Last service call did absolutely nothing but further deplete my bank account.

  • ScottTerrioHMA Scott Terrio (@ScottTerrioHMA) reported

@sharonhoyes @Xplornet I always select Sales when calling for tech support, that way you always get a person.

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Xplornet Why would I bother, like I said nothing has changed in the 3 years of trying with all levels of support always recommending a work order that fixes nothing. Silvercreek ECI 03BC501 drops daily, This is a provider issue yet I eat the cost? Thankfully we have other options coming

  • sharonhoyes Sharon Hoyes (@sharonhoyes) reported

@Xplornet I’m sure they’ll answer the sales call, but don’t expect them to answer when you call tech support.
