Three and a half hours on the phone with @Xplornet including a call dropped by @bell_support after an hour on hold. Nothing solved. Too late to reach the service company today. I live in southern Ontario minutes from a town of 20,000. This is the digital divide.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

When @Xplornet offers to discount your bill because they can't live up to the advertising let them know they should be reimbursing you for subscriptions you can't access because of how awful they are. Netflix, Prime, Disney, Xbox Live, Stadia, iRacing, the list goes on...

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet EIGHT DAYS I've been waiting now for "troubleshooting" to fix your "known issue" with the network, as you clearly stated to CCTS in defence of your terrible service. If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Absolute Crooks.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@Xplornet And right beside the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is the rest of your internet speed! Thieves. Crooks. Liars. 9 Days now waiting for a tech support call...

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@CableXJ @Xplornet Five years ago would have been the time. They've sowed so much anger and distrust that even if they fix their stuff, most customers will jump ship regardless.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet Well Xplornet today is a great day. Just got my invitation for the Starlink beta. Finally an end in site to your over priced shitty service.

  • Wheatlandcounty Wheatland County (@Wheatlandcounty) reported

𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀 | #WheatlandCouncil made a motion to provide a letter of support to Xplornet Communications Inc. for their proposal to the Universal Broadband Fund.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

Amazing how @xplornet keeps telling me that they "haven't blocked my phone number" to prevent me from calling in to troubleshoot their terrible service, yet they are THE ONLY number that can't be dialed from my phone...weird, huh?

  • NPayneEditor Nancy Payne (@NPayneEditor) reported

@Xplornet Any idea how long service will be out in the area northeast of Lindsay, Ontario?

  • daverooneyca Dave Rooney (@daverooneyca) reported

@ALL_CAPS Yes! When we lived in rural Stittsville we had crappy Xplornet until we were lucky enough to get Community Fibre. I’d like to go rural again at some point, but didn’t want to go back to Xplornet’s crap. Starlink makes that possible again!
