@the_uncanny13 @APLenehan @xplornetretweet @Xplornet @NavdeepSBains @ISED_CA @ccts I agree hard to even get over 1 meg on satellite most ports are also closed unless you’re a Netflix subscriber took 2 days to get a windows update I complained to Microsoft they say it’s a problem with provider.

  • foxfie_ca Richard Dallaire (@foxfie_ca) reported from Smiths Falls, Ontario

@fraygulrock @xplornetretweet From what I hear you can now buy xplornet through resellers it would be cheaper but still the same bad speed. I would also check resellers on price for xplornet Satellite internet you might save money and speed is better. I hear still better deals coming in spring.

@RobHoule55 @Xplornet Wow. That is SLOW.

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

@DerekMacEwen @peterbevanbaker Not just a do-over, but look at the original province-wide plan that had a technical approval from the federal government three years ago, and was displaced by a nasty deal with these two companies. Much of the Xplornet money is to improve profits, not service!

  • seanpolden Sean Polden (@seanpolden) reported

@RobHoule55 @Xplornet I was just looking at them for rural service.

  • CanSoccerHist Canadian Soccer History Archives at Home (@CanSoccerHist) reported

Hey @Xplornet what's going on tonight? Had no service since around 6pm!

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet selling your garbage overpriced service to Farmers who work hard for their money. shame on Xplornet. It's no wonder that everything you post has nothing but negative comments on it

  • staynerjohn John McConnell (@staynerjohn) reported

@Xplornet @Xplornet I have your service and I’m still looking for high speed internet. Know where I can get some??

  • RobHoule55 Rob Houle (@RobHoule55) reported

@Xplornet You can't properly handle the volume of clients you already have, so focus on proper service to them rather than trying to sign up more users who will further stress and slow download speeds.

  • 150c_vapour Matt Crane (@150c_vapour) reported

@DerekMacEwen @Bell @Xplornet Bell should pay the province to put their advertising-ware (aka wifi access points) in the parks or completely white label the sign-on. No way that was up for any consideration I'm sure. Remember too there are still massive stretches of dense pop north shore that get bad cell.

  • ryanmjjj Ryan M (@ryanmjjj) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

  • brian_wiggy123 Brian Thomas (@brian_wiggy123) reported

@Xplornet hey do guys have service through cell towers yet?
