Hi @Xplornet. Could someone please give an update on your outage? I’m relying on your service to do schoolwork. Currently without service for 2+ hours and your help line hung up on me after an hour on hold.

And hopefully Starlink package gets delivered sooner than later so the next call to @xplornet is to cancel my service once and for all. Hopefully rest of you got service!

@Xplornet Internet down in Windsor Ontario for a couple hours now. I see alot more posting about it almost Canada-Wide! Not even a post addressing it, kind of sad for how much money you make upcharging and throttling.

@ClarenceHouse >> @Xplornet is using a system that uses telephone agent parlance and no COVID express disclaimer nor warning for high call volume? How do we call the police detachment if the calls are patched by #iPhone bridge to #WiFi and there is a new signal boost antenna?

@Xplornet WTH? Can’t call support. No update on your website. Link to Twitter on website incorrect. No service from at least Manitoba to New Brunswick. How about updating clients who pay for this poor service.

@Xplornet internet just came back online for me. Nobody from customer service has yet to answer issue seems to have been resolved. Going to hang up to clear the cue for other people that need to speak to them that may still be offline. #xplornetoutage

@BillyPickles6 is in queue with Xplornet and will hopefully tweet out what's going on - a service one person at @xplornet has decided isn't needed. Remember, if you don't tell your story, someone else will.
