@TerryHyra @Xplornet @starlink 1/2 I think all Canadian internet suppliers went to the same school of customer service, it would be titled "how to own a position and piss off your subscribers". BellMTS this week was no better, deal for 2 years to "new" subscribers significantly cheaper for 2 years.

@Xplornet @moseleywilliams as i struggle to watch 720p you internets not even worth paying for can't wait to switch if I was paying for what we were getting I would have switched to bell by now even tho I'm moving your service and company is a 20-year joke i am surprised you have not been sued

@TerryHyra @Xplornet @starlink Starlink will be no better a year from now. They will over subscribe their service and speeds will be back to Xplornet quality.

Second weekend in a row where our internet is completely down. Thanks @Xplornet for nothing.

It's worth noting that everything I call, I end up having to do all the work on my end. Did it all. Still not working. I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

@KT_Koop @Xplornet This!!!! Craig purchased one of the packages from Elon Musk because we were offered it. Not sure when it will arrive but hopefully it's better. He works from home (all the time not just during Covid) and it's been awful

@KT_Koop @Xplornet This has been an ongoing issue for years. We lived out your way and this was our reality. When the kids became teens it was impossible to do homework. I can’t imagine the challenges today. So sorry.

@Xplornet Make it sound like you'd send in techs to fix xplornet's duct taped failing infrastructure and it's only this year you've been failing as an ISP.... xplornet is a terrible ISP. #cancelxplornet

@mackayhfx Not quite that simple...yet. I've obviously been following them closely as well. Had my name on their list. Got the invite to drop $100 to reserve a spot in line. Ultimately, they're targeting being able to offer service here in 4-10 months. Which puts them in line with Xplornet.

@harrbca Xplornet is sending a tech to point me back at Vanscoy. They admitted on the phone I should never have been left on Martensville as it doesn't meet quality for 25mbps. Shocking, right? Hopefully that gets me through until my Starlink ships.
