@SucksXplornet @Xplornet Gee I'm sooo sick of xplornet's crappy service, since my internet only work half of the time why am I not billed for half the service. I've noticed they aways say they are sorry & to call their customer service, an hour on phone & still crappy service 😡

@Xplornet Less than 2mbps at about 11pm at night. That’s not internet....that’s 2 tin cans and a rope level signal. Not once in 2020 did we have an issue for multiple months after signing on in July. This month has been way beyond frustrating so what changed?

@Xplornet we got an automated call this week. It said there was some work being done on a tower in the area. Ever since this work has been done our connection turned into pure garbage. What up with that?
