    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @Xplornet What’s with the @Xplornet service not working all weekend at Lester beach? Such spotty service. It’s only 930 and I’ve reset everything four times this morning and still no Internet

    @Xplornet The tower is likely filled with cottagers & campers & I was told the panel I was supposed to be on was literally closed the next day (Saturday) after the installer never showed. Horrible. Internet is vital, it is an essential service that I was promised by them.

    In fairness, both Xplornet and Bell, both of whom are in dire financial difficulty also getting financial bailout to help them continue what a healthy company does on its own: expand customer base.

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works
