I can't even load the speedtest page to see how slow it is! @SucksXplornet I think I should start paying them "Up TO" the amount they demand on the bill based on the same "quality"of service

That's just under 0.15% of the population. The entire network is limited to 48.5Tbps. For perspective, the company I design for supports 46Tbps through a single ethernet switch
