Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet On his podcast, Xplornet customer m3t4lw01f interviews other Xplornet customers to get their feedback on the service. Just kidding, no one on Xplornet can participate in an online meeting long enough to make a podcast.

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Xplornet ffs what does this have to do with ur **** service? u ****** losers.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Funny how xplornet is talking about 2020 when their internet service is still stuck in 2010. If enough people tell you a pizza joint is bad, you start avoiding it. If you're looking for an ISP, look up the complaints against xplornet. They're one of the worst ISPs in Canada.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@DrTed77 @StephenPunwasi Xplornet is not Canadian. They are owned by Stonepeak, which is a US investment firm. Also, Xplornet is trash. I'm lucky if I can even use Twitter, my kids can't use it for school and I can't work from home. No amount of "support" has ever fixed it.

  • MisterListerin1 Nanøkk (@MisterListerin1) reported

@Xplornet You are one of the worst internet providers this company has to offer. Your scummy and borderline illegal practices should get this terrible excuse for a company shut down

  • courtneynewham Court MacD (@courtneynewham) reported

@Xplornet Hours following “maintenance” in our area, the internet is the worst it’s been in months.

  • StephenPunwasi Stephen Punwasi (@StephenPunwasi) reported

@DrTed77 Xplornet was $150 for 100 GB/month for a quarter the speed, with latency so bad you couldn’t do video conferencing. They only upgraded this year after competition, and it’s still way worse.

  • StarBuck_83 ✨StarBuck_83✨ (@StarBuck_83) reported

@Xplornet You should get better customer service agents. I was just called a ***** by one of your service reps. All because I want the services I pay for!

  • CdnARS_VE4PER Cdn🇨🇦ARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

@Xplornet doubled speeds means little if tower tech infrastructure still disgustingly slow speeds due2 data tfc congestion Spacex/Starlink sat inet offers 500Mbps d/l with 50 Mbps u/l latency < 30 msec consistently full access to run www apache server on static IP for $139/mo

  • UE_Films Unknown Error (@UE_Films) reported

@Xplornet Already did & got no help. If teachers & grocery store workers are forced to go back to work surrounded by dozens of people every day, your technicians should have to go to work to start upgrading people's internet. We've been at home for almost a year straight with no upgrades.
