    @Xplornet Based on the replies to this tweet “technical issues” are happening with many customers. It isn’t even available in Hinton, but Starlink is so maybe that will suffice!

    @Xplornet your service is beyond disappointing to pay for each month. Im sick of worse than dial up speeds and inconsistent performance. Produce the product you are advertising.

    @Xplornet it would be fabulous customer service to use social media to inform customers of known outages ...responding with suggestion to call technicians just overloads your reps for absolutely no reason... Just a thought🤔

    @Xplornet @trubesb Stop saying you are sorry It means nothing! You are not sorry because if you were you would improve your service, you are just giving lip service. I have dealt with you people off and on (now off) for more than 20 years nothing has changed.
