m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reportedExplosion in Nashville takes out major infrastructure for AT&T customer, affecting Internet access. Still better access and speeds than @Xplornet. GG, @APLenehan. Your company is literally worse than a company who just got blown up.
-
ShuBanga (@shub84) reported@Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.
-
Cindy Doroschuk (@fontgirl) reportedAll I want for Christmas is a good internet connection @Xplornet seriously 50 minutes to wait for customer service I need a better provider that can service rural #manitoba what’s it going to take?

Sean Moore (@smPhreakazoyd) reported@Xplornet What does xplornet plan to do to help lockdown people in ontario? maybe unlimited again for rest of dec 2020 and jan 2021 to help the customers out?
-
Jaxson (@jaxhood14) reported@Xplornet when are you going to start giving customers what they pay for? 25mb/s down is ok except that customers never get that speed consistently. Paying 100$ a month for internet that throttles and for towers that are oversold is absolutely ridiculous! Barely useable!
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet How many people do you have disappointed with your service connected to this tower? "All" is not a number, but it is an acceptable answer.

✨StarBuck_83✨ (@StarBuck_83) reportedThat is what I pay $130 bucks a month for mind you these are Silo prices but xplornet "traffic management policy" yaaay, FYI SiloWireless never throttled their customers and their bandwidth never suffered. @m3t4lw01f @SucksXplornet @xplornetretweet
