Our entire ******* country was built on the back of workers. Not by companies like @Bell or @LoblawsON. These companies continue to **** us over and act like they’re doing us a favour by doing so. Their partner in crime? Our government!!!!

@Bell_Support I just did, and was told to contact tech support. I'm trying to use your chat but clearly the connection you're providing isn't stable enough. I don't have time to call right now and walk through 'resetting my modem'.🙄 I guess this is my problem until I can find time to do that.

Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

@Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s petty change for them. But because these companies are used to being the ones that charge others to use their service, they refuse to buy in when it’s the other way around. Their own greed is getting in the way of public safety.

@RdKean @Bell I'd argue that this is literally false advertising. High speeds do not mean low latency, those are two entirely different things. Not to mention games use so little bandwidth you'd still have no problems playing practically anything on a 20/5 aDSL connection.

@Bell_Support I fully appreciate that but I have spoken to 4 online representatives and 2 in the call Center and the refund still hasn’t been paid out so don’t see why the Twitter team will be able to resolve. #poor #disppointed #customerservice
