    Hey @RogersHelps 10 hours on phone, 8hrs wait for visits, still don’t have service you promised, ripped me off last 2 Bills. 1.5hrs on hold right now after disconnect, 3hrs 4 nothing @Bell_Support can you do better?

    @Bell_Support You take thousands of dollars from me per year but cannot ensure proper service. I think it may be time we cut ties with Bell. This is ridiculous. Over 24 hours no TV, unsecure internet connection while working from home, and no update as to when to expect a fix!

    I love @cogeco @cogecohelps but 180 down and 10 up in my apartment when @Bell offered up to 1Gig. Confuses me. Running out of patients. I live in a major city.

    @jfmezei @mebuell And it's worse when private companies (@bell etc) think that they can block what "suits" them - regardless of the invasiveness, privacy or other issues at play. And our stupid #CRTC lets them. (And apparently so far, the Courts, too.)

    @Bell_Support Bell has tried to assist but your routers are absolute garbage. I've had multiple calls. Let me know when you're named Helix and I'll give you a holler. Until then, I'm going to tweet my frustration at your terrible products.

    @Bell A week of issues, countless hours spent on the phone with multiple “technicians” and you can’t resolve the problem. Different answer from each person and still no fix. What am I paying for??
