    I understand cutbacks, and I understand layoffs, having been through a couple myself. But the way @Bell has handled things over the last couple of weeks is garbage - made particularly evident by former talent that's spoken out.

    @Bell_Support The senior tech who arrived here yesterday called me on my cell and I told him about all the issues we've had here since the last 9 months. He said that the squirrels eat through the cover of the cylinder box that contains the cables. When they make a hole, moisture gets in.
