    @Bell discriminates against senior citizens. My dad was almost cut off due to an expired CC & the only way to update it was via an online account he does not have. I was able to help, but what about those seniors who don’t have support? @KamalKheraLib

    @Bell_Support Escalation supervisor/manager Rajini was able to deal with my issue very professionally as well as the agent who put me on to her. Please train your Sales & other 1st line Agents so new customers don't spend 1+to 2 hours trying to get the service promised at the point of sale!

    @Bell I cannot call any of your customer service lines for new service as I have a 604 number but live in Ontario. It asks if I want service in Ontario. I select yes. Then it tells me the office is closed. I called at 10am EST. There is no way to call you at this point.

    @user14201 @Bell Never heard of it, but doesn't surprise me Bell carries it, they are the absolute worst telecom company in Canada.

    @NavS0 @Bell Pretty common to only get half the speed advertised by bell in my experience, company scammed my parents for years. In my small town bell was the only option for most streets mine included. My parents paid for 5down 1up but for the entire time we had bell we never once 1/2
