    All of this could have been done so seamlessly if you actually gave a **** about your customers, but instead I’m sitting here on day 4 of god knows how many without WiFi because your technician didn’t bring a tall enough ladder to do his job today. @bell this is a complete joke.

    My beef with @Bell_Support .. I lost internet and TV this past Thursday I called for support was told that my area is being upgraded to Fibre and that copper was being phased out and that they can't send a tech to me unless I upgrade.

    @Informatician @Rogers @Bell Had similar issues for days with #rogers internet last year. Finally switched to Bell. No more complains.
